Had a faulty Bosch dishwasher a year and they put me in touch with SPRING PLANS LTD (..cheers Bosch!) who came out to fix it. It was beyond repair. So I had to pay for a new Whirlpool one at a 'discounted' rate. Bargain?? - far from it. What they don't tell you is that hidden in the payments they sign you up to a REPAIR PLAN at £88.25 - For a brand new dishwasher with a 2 year MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY!! What a scam!
But the worst part is - they don't tell you you have taken out a repair plan. I only found out when another £88.25 was taken from my account this year- No paperwork, no e-mail, no cooling-off period notice. Now I can only reclaim a pro-rata amount back to something I never wanted or NEEDED in the first place - Minus their £25 admin fee of course. What a bunch of criminals!!

Engineer arrived on time and repaired fault very quickly, left everything nest and tidy LL more than happy with service

When my machine stopped working I found Repair and Maintenance via Google, my first call to them was very easy and things fell in place really well - the machine was fixed in the stated time and the machine has continued to perform well from then on

Really pleased with the service repair of my washing machine definitely recommend.

It takes about a week to get an engineer out, he 'fixes' it then a few weeks or months later the same thing goes wrong. Same engineer each time, so he knows he's not really solving the problem, just re-setting it. I'm washing up by hand again for another few days now, the 6th time. Will they replace the machine this time, we shall see. It is very tiresome. I paid £120 for the first 'repair' and another £88 for 'insurance'. I really wish I had just replaced it.

Washing machine was making an awful noise. Called Repair and Maintain who’s engineer attended within 2 days and replaced the drum. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Don’t use these people, ended up paying £140 plus a year’s insurance, engineer was useless , sold me some limescale cleaner then left when my dishwasher had error message . Booked for him to come back three days before Xmas and he rang to cancel appt not sure why ! In the end my husband and myself managed to mend the machine after going on you tube , didn’t do this at first as troubleshooting guide said particular error number was a technical fault . Then got a call to say engineer WAS coming , he agreed we’d fixed it when he arrived , stayed about five minutes.I don’t have much confidence to say the least with them and they are happy to whip the cash off you but I would like to cancel the balance of the year’s insurance as not happy with the ‘service’ from them so far . Well, the phone calls are something else , no chance of speaking with anyone who has any idea of customer service, only way of complaining is to write which I did , got no further , computer says no . Was told that if I stopped direct debit they would send debt collectors to my house , can you credit this !! I am a pensioner with cancer to add to all this angst . I’ve written to the CEO and guess what ? No reply . They must be desperate for my remaining £60 , just appalling . Be warned !!!!

Machine was temporarily fixed while waiting for replacement parts. This was great, as this allowed machine to be used. When the parts arrived, the machine was fixed quickly. Great job and would definitely recommend.

Machine stopped in mid wash. Engineer from Indesit came and replaced programme circuit board. Next day another fault occurred...Another repair was required as a wiring fault was diagnosed.... Another circuit board, motor and wiring loom were fitted. Machine works like new now!

I contacted Spring Plans to repair a washing machine at a flat that I manage. I paid upfront when making the booking. I have requested a receipt time and time again but to this day have not received one. I have called and emailed but no reply. Not a good experience.

They fixed my washer on first visit. They were quick when parts were back in for dishwasher and kept me updated. Thanks again, especially to Jack, nice guy and knows his stuff

The gentleman that came was very polite. He fixed my appliance quickly and efficiently cleaning up any mess caused. I was very pleased with the outcome and service provided

I reported my fault 1 Dec 2021. We’re now in Feb 2022. My washing machine is still not fixed. They firstly ordered the wrong parts, which I waited 2 weeks for. Then they fitted a faulty part, the next appointment to fix this the engineer went to the wrong address. The engineer came today and informed me they need to order a new part. Likely another 2 weeks. With the plan and the amount I’ve spent at the laundrette I could have just bought a new machine.

Checked cycle that all was working .

Having struggled with my insurers to get an appointment to have my washing machine repaired.I was desperate,went on line saw Repair+Maintain an appointment was made for the next day.The engineer arrived on time,he was professional+friendly.My washing machine is now up+running thankyou.I must point out that I needed my washer repairing quickly because I go in hospital next week for major surgery+I needed to prepare my clothes.I was very stressed not being able to prepare them.
