These guys are using 'dark UX' patterns to attempt to trick you into booking and agreeing to a monthly membership fee. On trying to get a quote from their website, without even completing the form, they sent me a text claiming I'd booked an engineer, an email saying an engineer was reserved, and then called me up to arrange a time. And their prices are higher than other quotes I got. Not cool - avoid.

Absolute shocking company! Do not use EVER.
Reported my appliance on 21st April and paid for parts to be ordered on 23rd April. Then got no updates for 4 days when eventually told parts had been ordered but arrival date then just kept getting pushed further and further out.
£149 to look at appliance and tell me it was broken then £75 for a heating element that still hadn’t arrived two weeks later! I went to Esparza in the end and bought an original part on next day delivery for £27!
And absolutely disgraceful business just takes your money and does nothing!

Avoid, sadly too good too be true. Mis led at every detail, messed up and still led me to believe it was best to let the engineer come out and I could still have a refund if not happy. I wanted to cancel but they said let us let the plumber have a look. Absolutely shocking and they need regulating.

I didnt even finish filling out a form for a quote, never submitted it and within a few hours they had someone call me. Then suddenly I'm receiving daily calls at 8am from them and other spam sites throughout the day, as well as texts and I can't make it stop. Do not engage with this site.

So Charge £139.00 plus parts if you don't want their monthly insurance at £12.99 and if they can't repair you still have to pay £139.00. You can't speak to an engineer before they rock up!
It does not make it clear that the cost quoted does not include parts

I contacted them via the website. There is something fishy about their business model. I have had several attempts to contact me despite asking them to delete my data. What first made me suspicious was to get a quote for repair without any diagnosis of the problem. Today, I looked at TrustPilot and it reinforces my suspicions.

total scammers, please avoid. We didn't wan't membership with this company and they still managed to con my elderly mother out of money. Avoid at all cost!

Absolute scam, they talk very nice, then they rip you, masquerading after their other scam name Go-assist

Avoid .. pls Avoid..avoid avoid avoid. oh my goodness I wish I had looked at the reviews on this company first . I was cheated out of 138 pounds sterling. absolutely ridiculous when I called to find out where the plumber was the attitude of the service provider was nonchalant. The Plumber did not attend the property and lied that he had an attempted to call. I had no missed calls on my phone and a recall out was going to cost me an extra £90. This is ridiculous. There’s no accountability for this company and they refuse to give me my refund. Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off please do not use this company service. They do not provide a service. They are a scam company.

Avoid avoid avoid. Scammers. Avoid like plague. No accountibility. Tricky contracts that are not on their website but on their other company's website but you are supposed to know this. No transparency.
