This company is a scam. They are total frauds - STAY AWAY. The horrific experience at the hands of these frauds that people have written in the reviews are real. They took over £100 from me without delivering my order - no update, no explanation despite repeated requests for updates over several weeks, despite a black and white receipt that they had taken my money. They must be reported to Trading Standards for their unscrupulous trading practice and they must be stopped from robbing other customers. A red flag should also be the fact that they don't even have a dedicated customer service line - they only have a dedicated sales line for new customers who are willing to part with their money. This organisation is disgusting and should be stopped from trading.

Please stay away from this vile deceitful company I needed a new birth certificate for my elderly father they took the money but have never replied we have to cancel his bank card and this extremely difficult for my dad to understand who and why please do not ever use these parasites

Never use this company. They took just under £400 from me in total. They kept blaming the Royal Mail and Covid-19. It took them months to supply. One set of certificates came after writing to them practically everyday for months. The other set never came. After 4 months they came. Lots of incorrect information. I kept asking to speak with the manager. They never let me. No refund of £244. You can get them at a quarter of the price by phoning the registry office where you got married or certified. Save your money. Thanks and all the best.

How a company gets away with operating like this is totally beyond me...

STAY AWAY from this website!!
I required a marriage certificate ASAP so I used their "fast track" service and paid £85! It wasn't until I had placed the order I received an email to say they did not know when I would receive the item.
I emailed to enquire about this only to be told they simply do not know when I would receive it.
I requested to cancel with the reason that this was not stated anywhere on the website upon ordering.
I have had nothing but hassle and them refusing to refund. This was months ago and still refund and no certificate either.

I contacted my local registrar, paid £15 and had the certificate within 3 days!

Stay away from this company! Had I read the reviews before I wouldn't have ordered.

When challenged they never respond. Currently speaking to Trading Standards with regards to this awful organisation

I found the quality of my replacement birth certificate very poor. some of the wording is very poor. I have email your company but no one has got back o me.

I ordered a replacement for my original birth certificate over 3 months ago, they have only ever emailed me once to confirm the order. Since then I have emailed them 3 times asking for information about my order, no response. Then I thought maybe I should ring them, no customer service number... I really wish I read more reviews before I ordered. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you need new documents go to gov.com scroll til you find birth, death ext. documents click on that link and they'll send you to an official government website where you can order your documents, it's faster and cheaper and obviously not a scam like replacement certificates. Hope this helps :)

I was desperate to get my full birth certificate. I googled the first company I could find and this company was one of the first that came up.

Due to the current pandemic, I opted for the premium / priority service whereby the turnaround is 5-10 days instead of waiting for up to 30 days or maybe more because of COVID-19.

Prior to placing my order, I did read the terms and conditions and did the silly thing of reading the reviews AFTER my purchase. The general consensus is quite negative but I am in the U.K and got the birth certificate within 5 working days.

The website is quite user friendly, the only negative is the fact that you cannot speak to anyone, that could be because of lockdown I am not sure. I paid for the texting service even though I didn't need it because it is only required if there are queries about your application and the company have to contact you.

I got emails saying they have accepted and processed my order, then a day or so later, they emailed saying the item was dispatched. They gave me a Royal Mail Tracking number. Unfortunately, I could not track the order because it was not in the system to be traced. That did worry me especially after seeing the reviews on here.

Overall, I am happy.

Do not use this company - taken over 3 months and no certificates received. Requested refund but refused. Unable to contact them and asked for our complaint to be escalated to management. This was never done. Avoid this company !!

Absolutely a scamer.
I ordered the replacement at fastest service, (7 to 10 days ) for urgent extending visa before 12nd May 2020, however , there is not any explanation or statement that tells potential customer that they cannot provide 7-10 days service due to corn virus . Fine. I submitted a end contract service notification and the reason, and I just Immediately received a refuse refund email, then they don’t respond any my enquiring anymore.

I would raise a case at court. Track these scammers down .

After ordering and paying for a certificate from NZ they Eventually inform me they can not deliver overseas (really only reason you would need the service) after several days with no confirmation, I sent email saying no problem just refund the payment and I will obtain elsewhere. They then send me an email stating I have to apply for a refund and they will see if I qualify? I said they can’t fulfill my request as they can not provide the certificate, their response was in this instance I’m not eligible for a refund. Stay well clear. I have made several complaints and have instructed a solicitor to track them down (principles are a problem for me).

They refuse to deliver overseas and refuse a refund when requested.

Accepted my order from overseas, sent rude email so I cancelled the order same day. Sent email 12 days later asking for my UK postcode. Told them I was from overseas. They said couldn’t send. Have refused a refund and also not responded to GDPR Request to delete data. Total scam company.

Con artists not afraid to waste customers time or money and refuse to refund, despite extortionate prices

Ordered a replacement birth certificate then they tell me they don’t post to NZ, ok fine just refund my money (you would think) nope I have to apply for a decision which in turn gets rejected. I’m not letting this go regardless of how much it costs me. Going to do my best to bring them down, nothing but fraudsters. It’s going to cost but I have principles.

Avoid this service. I submitted an application for a replacement birth certificate for my son. I received a reply very quickly saying there was no trace of the certificate and I would be charged an administrative fee which turned out to be 50% of the £84 total cost. This is a scam and should be avoided

Extremely costly. 3 times what it should and refuse to refund or reply to requests for a refund in a timely way.
