I ordered a custom size storm door from this company on Jan. 5, 2026. I was told that it would be ready for shipment in March. I did call them in February to find out the status but, strangely enough, there is no longer a phone number on their website. This door was $1090.00. They have a chat on their website which doesn't work most of the time and, when it does, no one answers. I emailed their customer service which says they will respond in 24 hours only to receive no response. I guess it's time to go through my bank.

I paid $1,581 for a storm door on Dec 1, 2025. They said, it will ship in February. We are already into March, and I have not received any door. This company is just a facade to scam people. Replacementstormdoors have no intentions of shipping any doors. Just a scam company. Don't buy any products from this corrupt organization.

I also ordered a door and paid $1250. They never respond to my numerous pleas.

I hate to start a scam refund because I want the door, but I don't see any choice. Good to see I am not alone.

We ordered storm doors in August. They were charged to our credit card a few days later. Two months later we can not get a response from them. We will be looking for a refund!

I gave 1 star because I had to to write this on this site.. This company is a scam, dont buy from them. I ordered a door 8/4/2025 and have never heard from them even after I sent 4 emails. Working with my bank now, for a refund.
