They totally screwed up my order, sent to wrong address then telling me I'd get a refund when the battery returned to their office and 2 weeks later their still holding onto my money not answering me back.

Ordered a wheelchair battery two weeks ago and the tracking number provided has it still sitting in the warehouse. (Creative timeline for their 1-3 days shipping.) I call the company and it either goes straight to a generic voicemail with no identification, or hold music and the call is dropped after 2 minutes.

Ordered a battery for my garage door opener. Paid with my Credit Card. They sent me a confirmation mail and then nothing happened. Chatted with one of their employees and he told me they´d sent an email that my payment was refused. Never received a mail from them, not in my Spam folder or elsewhere. He confirmed to resend that mail what he never did. Was not friendly or helpful or even interested in my business. Never again with that company.

Used their guide to determine what batteries were needed for my "GO-GO Mobility Scooter". They sent me two batteries for $64.36. The batteries arrived about two weeks later. They were the incorrect batteries for my scooter. They were too wide, too short and had incorrect connectors; in short there was no way to "adapt" them to fit. Contacted eplaceupsbattery.com and asked for an exchange for the proper batteries. Even though I requested an exchange rather than a refund, they insisted on a $20 restocking fee plus I would be required to pay the $24.65 shipping to return them. In other words, I would net less than $20 to be applied to purchasing the proper batteries. Needless to say, I went elsewhere to purchase the batteries I needed. I'll use these for batteries on my trailer brakes if I can get them in the carrier. But I'd throw them in the trash before returning them to these people. NEVER will they get a dime of my money again.

Ordered replacement batteries that were the same specs on their website. First, the shipping was slow and the delay was on their end, they were slow to get package to usps. Second, when the batteries finally arrived they were different specs than what was shown on website. Third, the batteries are very weak, less than half the capacity of original batteries.

The batteries from replaceupsbattery are not a good deal or good value. They were about half the price of legitimate batteries, but they only have about half the capacity, regardless of the specs listed on the battery. I expect they will not last half as long as legitimate batteries. You get what you pay for, kind of.

This company sells the up most junk in ups batteries . I received a battery that was loosing charge over two days on my ups. I contacted this company by phone getting only voice mail three times plus I have email them for a RMA to return there junk battery. Be very careful about there any reason return policy it is phony. They want you to send them a picture of the voltage of the battery using a voltmeter so they can determine a refund or replacement or no return. No reason return policy on the battery what a joke. They sell inferior batteries stay clear of this company. I will never purchase from again.

I ordered 1 ea. ES B350R Battery. Received it as the right product , at a good price, with prompt delivery, and excellent customer service.

Fast, great prices and just good people to buy from I would recommend them to everybody.

Called the customer service department, the girl was very helpful. Then, I ordered the RBC7 set, arrived fast and performs as expected. No complaints so far.

Got a great deal and the batteries arrived on time!
