I ordered a Lorwyn box back in September online after being recommended the store by a friend base as a reliable place. (The irony.) This order was canceled yesterday and the email they sent out to mark this cancelation didn't even address me by name.

When I made the order there was no warning in the email about the potential of not having the right allocation - the email stated said they were preparing the item for shipment and would notify when it was sent. I have sympathy as I know some things are out of an LGS's hands but even so there is a lack of communication and lack of empathy. I have not received my refund yet and now everything is £100 expensive, meaning I am currently unable to purchase a box and will miss out on my first ever collector-box experience.

I have to wonder if there was any bias to the cancelation as I am based in Scotland and it was my first time ordering with the shop.

Took my money happily in October, 3 months before release of Lorwyn Eclipsed. Could not fulfill the order due to not getting the allocation. So I won't get my money back for over 48 hours. Due to their error.
The amount of years the store has been ran and the stock allocation over the years surely you can get an average on how much stock you will actually get per set? Either way taking my money and not being able to guarantee the product when the email says You are getting my order ready to be shipped is even worse.

Absolutely zero issues, I was a bit on edge ordering as there’s only 2 reviews on here and one isn’t great. But they shipped my item the next morning and it arrived promptly, it’s exactly what I ordered. Brilliant service

Was apprehensive to order from here as the only other review on here is very negative but I had a perfect experience with this company and received my order promptly!

Dreadful service, preordered item online that I later found out was probably mispriced; was lied to and told stock levels were too low to fulfill order, but item magically back in stock on day of release. Doubled down on lies rather than just admit their mistake, further communications totally ignored; would highly recommend avoiding this store.
