I have used multiple email automation systems but Reply has the best to offer! It has the best analytics section, best user-friendly interface and the best support!

Been using Reply.io for a few months now and haven't had one hiccup. The interface is user friendly and whenever I have a question the Reply Team answers me promptly and assures I've been well assisted.

The email automation is pretty good and it provides good reports to let you know which sequence works best than others. The bad side is that reply doesn't provide accurate email accuracy. It provides 3 different email formats and you have to guess which one would you go for. Therefore, it creates bounces emails and your sequence is suspend once it reaches 50% bounce rate.

Highly rate this, customer support is super responsive too!! Great results, will continue to use!

I've previously used other 3rd party tool for our company's outreach. The user experience is not as smooth as Reply.io. After switching to Reply.io, it was such a relief to have a seamless user experience where you can save so much of your time and effort to figure things out.

The tool is excellent and very useful for the sales teams, I tried many others but this one is the best on the market. The reply.io team is helpful, rapid in responding, and fantastic at explaining how to get the most out of the tool. Definitely recommend it!

Good software and the customer service is fast responsive and very helpful

I started to use Reply.io a couple of months ago, and I am already obsessed with it. It eases my daily tasks. Excellent reporting systems that I could see the success of my every campaign. Furthermore, Reply.io's friendly and kind team is quite fast to answer your question via message, video-recorded answers, or video call. When we were looking for an automation tool, we have evaluated the top 5-10 options in the market based on their ease of use, functionality and price. Reply was at the top because it's easy to use and the customer service is quite responsive. We had a great experience so far and generated hundreds of thousands of dollars of pipeline. I highly recommend.

Reply.io makes great first impression. After signing up for a free trial I have got a good sales call from their Sales Agent explaining how to use the software and the difference between the plans. The agent recommended the $90/month plan, I thought I will be still fine with the $60/month plan - pricey but software seemed promising.

I have spent decent amount of time to learn the software, import contacts and build up emails and email sequence.

2 weeks free is really too short to test the software as a SaaS sales sequence can take 5 emails over a month. I was fine to pay and keep using it, but here comes the hook - after 14 days trial and the software got locked and the only option I was left was ... 1 year!!! yes we have $60 and $90 per month plan but minimum you can buy is one year $720 ...!!!

If it is not possible to buy the software per month - you should not be showing price per month as it is not a valid price point! Equally well you could be showing for information purposes prices per day or per minute! You quote prices in deli per 100g if you can buy per 100g.

You should quote prices on your page as per units you sell $720/year. Additionally you failed to disclose this in the the call with your Sales Agent - asking for full year commitment is highly unusual in Saas software, so that would be worth pointing out, even if it would be disclosed on your website. Agent also misleadingly was mentioning monthly plans.

You have right to charge whatever price you want, but not being upfront about your pricing, makes horrible impression and I will not supporting businesses like that.

A very high quality tool. I had GMass before and it was making lots of errors and was very hard to use. This is a breath of fresh air. Support is great, especially Alice!

I recently installed this software for myself and find it really useful for sending follow-up emails. I like the flexibility to manually add contact lists, the system guidance on email language, and the capacity to plan and customize conversations. I appreciate chatting for assistance since I can usually obtain answers to my questions and, even better, contribute domain advice!

We have only been using Reply.io for the last month and have been very impressed with its functionality as well as the incredible work of the onboarding team and customer support staff. Would definitely recommend.

I like best their UI/UX because it's designed well and it really makes the process more simpler to navigate given that the workflows can get complex.Sometimes the campaigns are suspended when there are too many invalid emails, which has caused us some delays and confusion. Overall, would highly recommend this tool because it's helping us optimize our lead generation process and it's been efficient so far.

Reply.io’s customer support is just amazing! Their team responds to queries as quickly as they can and is fully knowledgeable about the product. The sequences features are super intuitive and user-friendly as well, even if you don’t have the experience in creating your own sequence, you can easily understand how it works.

What I like the most about Reply is the improved deliverability rate. I used to have a similar software in the past using the same email addresses and mailbox but the deliverability is low, when I used Reply.io, the deliverability score doubled!

I hope Reply gets to improve more of its functionalities and UI soon!

Reply.io is easily the best sales tool I've ever encountered. Over a period of 10 days, I researched and tested practically every sales tool under the sun and found none of them to be worthwhile, except for Reply.io. I have been able to create as many sequences as I need, including emails, LinkedIn connections and DMs, etc, and then compile a prospecting list suitable for each sequence. Over the course of one week, I've achieved a 91% open rate for my cold outreach (up from 34%) and already booked multiple demos for my product. All thanks to Reply. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Reply.io is a wonderful email automation platform, has plenty of features, automation tricks, integrations, triggers, email account warm-upper and MANY other cool stuff that any marketer or sales rep may need/think of

Personally, I've been using reply for the last, if not more years, and have always been referring this platform to all of my clients/friends.

Just try it, don't be shy!
Oh, btw, their customer support team is slick and fast. I always get bored when seeing messages like "we'll respond in 1 day" OR "a real human will contact you in 10mins" (and that never happens) and other cases.
