Quality Replies extremely bad

I tried Replymer for a month and used about 100 replies. The first few were actually pretty good, but after a while a lot of them got deleted after some time, which was frustrating.

For the rest, it really felt like the tool was just scraping keywords you set in the dashboard, without understanding the actual context of the conversation. Because of that, many replies ended up being completely off-topic.

On top of that, most of the replies sounded almost identical, so it didn’t feel very natural or personal at all.

Asked because of this a refund, it wasn't possible, they gave me 2 extra replies.
