Neil and his team did a fantastic job repointing the top of our house. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly tidy throughout the process. We’re very happy with the results and love the peace of mind knowing they’d be back to help if we ever needed them again. Highly recommended!

Neil and his team recently repointed a wall on my property and replaced my cavity wall ties. They did an amazing job start to finish. Neil and his team were very professional and polite and also had great knowledge and informed us of every step with the job. Their communication was key and i would highly recommend them.

I asked them to sort a small area of damaged bricks to resolve my damp issue on my barn renovation , I have to admit I’m a women on my own and didn’t really know much about pointing I actually ended up having the whole house repointed I was that pleased ,
Neil and his team did a really good job , turned up when they said , communicated when the weather stopped work , and true to their word completed all the snagging areas at the end of the job .

Niel and his team repaired and repointed a large boundary stone wall. This included taking down a part of the wall, reinforcing and rebuilding.

The team came and repointed the front of our house. They have done a fantastic job. The wall was in an awful state and they have worked their magic. They continued to work hard through the mini heat wave.
We are having them back to do the next wall at some point in 2026!

My experience with them has been absolutely great and impeccable. We were in a tricky situation and Neil’s gone above and beyond to help us with fixing our wall ties on the house we’re selling! The rest of the team have been great as well, explaining the steps they were gonna take and why. Will definitely reach out again in the future if we’ll need!

This business did a great job of fixing cracks in the mortar and shifting brickwork all over my property, going beyond what I expected to ensure it wouldn't happen again.

Neil turned up when he said he would and provided a quote the same day. The team did a great job repointing our sandstone walls with lime mortar. Friendly team who worked hard & were very tidy.

Neil and his team did a great job repointing and repairing a very old wall that was suffering badly from ivy damage. We can now sleep at night knowing it's not about to fall down! (I would post a photo but TrustPilot doesn't seem to allow you to do that.) They turned up when they said they would and stayed until the job was finished. Happy to recommend.

From the initial inquiry to the job completion, Neil was very helpful and friendly. Our solid brick wall property required replacement of a poorly applied cement pointing, to be replaced with lime mortar, along with several structural enhancements to the old brick walls.

The work was completed by Neil and his professional & highly skilled team to an incredible standard, leaving the original bricks undamaged. When faced with unexpected, additional repair work uncovered during the repointing, the team kept us informed and rectified the issues without delay or fuss.

Throughout the process, the team's focus was on the craftsmanship and quality of work, rather than quibbling over amending initial quotations, which was incredibly refreshing; the overall price was very competitive and worth every penny.

We are writing this review 2 months after the work concluded, and remain delighted with the results. We could not recommend Neil and his team highly enough. If we have any further brickwork or pointing requirements, we will definitely be using Repointing4U.

Neil and his team recently did some repointing at our property where masonry bees had caused mortar damage to the front of our house.
The initial contact was with Neil when he came to assess the damage and give us a quote. The visit was prompt, professional and courteous.
The work was carried out approximately 6 weeks after the initial visit.
The work was carried out by two young men who arrived when we were told they would. Their work was absolutely first class - they were extremely polite and worked both effectively and tidily. They cleared up after themselves very well and left the area neat and tidy.
We would highly recommend this company.

We'd been looking for a lime repointing specialists for a while and came across Repointing4U online. We needed an old chimney repointed along with part of one side of the house. Neil came out quickly and put forward a good quote. The work was done over 3 days by Neil's team, who were polite, tidy and evidently good at their job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm.

Over the past couple of years, I have observed the work carried out by Repointing4U. When I realised that I had water ingress I had no hesitation in calling this company for help and advice. There is no doubt that it is stressful putting your trust in others to carry out maintenance on your home especially when you don’t know what horrors are lurking beneath “plastic” paint and render!
For three weeks the lads, who worked hard, had pride in their work and tidied up regularly, removed paint, render and old mortar, the latter being quite challenging at times (special shout out to Tye for his work here), replaced lintels, updated guttering to be more sympathetic to the house and then importantly repointed. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail should be highly commended.
It has been, and is, lovely to receive positive comments from those who walk past my house watching the work being completed to a high standard. Importantly I love the look of the repointing, bringing back the character of a Victorian cottage, and on a more practical level my house can now “breathe” with its “sweaty plastic mac” removed.
