I highly recommend RepoRed . The boots are made beautifully AND the customer care was excellent. I ordered two pairs of boots and they were too big , BUT beautiful . I followed instructions on the website on who to get in touch with and how to return. I had an email the next day with a printable return label and they were collected by DHL the same day . Returns cost nothing . I had no hesitation in ordering another size and they arrived within 5 days of my return .THANK YOU xx

This is the second time I have put in an order. The first one arrived, without any problems in a week. This one has taken over 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered 2 pairs of boots over the customs level of £135. They were sent together and I therefore had to pay a customs fee on top. If they had been sent in 2 packages, I wouldn't have to do this. I think if you are dealing with overseas customers, you might want to check this out. The boots are fabulous. It's the time it took to arrive that is too long.
