I’ve waited almost a month for four pop-filters to arrive.
When I ordered on Jan 28, the page said they where in stock. In reality they had one, the rest were backordered. An information I supposedly should’ve got when I placed the order. That was NOT obvious.
This information I got after e-mailing them 17 days ago. I also got informed they were going to be shipped in a week. I still haven't seen or heared anything more.
A second letter has been sent to them today and hasn’t had time to get a reply yet.

Update received and it seems the wheels have started turning after my last e-mail. They’ve expressed their deepest apologies and I’ve been offered a free consolation item.

The windshields are here!
Even though it took a month to get my order I must say the response from Reporter store have been fast after I reached out to them the second time.
They’re cheeper than most and the products are as I ordered. Just look out for if your product is backordered or not.

hi Erik, the communication could have been a lot better. Sorry about this. But we are depending on suppliers and how up to date their stock information is. Every now and then things take longer then they should in receiving new stock. We only had 1 item in stock, the webshop cart shows this, but it is easy to overlook. We will try to make sure customers get more accurate lead time information. We offered a refund for shipping costs for your inconvenience or some free foam windshields.
