Package was sent out 8/11 and arrived…
Package was sent out 8/11 and arrived 8/17. We were so worried because of the announced delay and heat. Ice was evaporated but the meats in the core of the freezer bag were still frozen solid. Meats near the edges were more thawed, the most thawed cool to touch. So we cooked them immediately. We love your products and would hate to switch companies. Wish there could be more guarantee next time of prompt delivery where ice still intact. All previous orders have been fine. Thank you. Mike

Hey Mike! Thank you so much for your feedback! We are so sorry our carrier caused a delay in delivering your order on time. It’s very frustrating for us as well. We do our very best to get your order to you on time, but unfortunately, this can happen with our carriers from time to time. This is why we recommend adding the package protection to your orders. This guarantees a full refund or re-shipment in case your products arrive late and spoiled. But we are so glad that everything still arrived in good shape! It definitely can be challenging shipping perishables for any company, especially this time of year. Thank you for the support that you give to regenerative agriculture and our small family farms. We are extremely grateful!🙏🏻🥰

Too much fat for the price
The order process was very easy. The meat came extremely well packaged and arrived quickly. However, within the order, Iordered two fillets which were very small by the time we trimmed off all the fat, it was way too pricey for what was left to eat.

Hi Kate! Thank you so much for giving us a try and for your feedback! We truly do appreciate that! I’m sorry to hear you weren’t as happy with the filets. I do hope you reached out to one of our team members in case we sent you underweight meat. We certainly want you to get what you paid for. Thank you again Kate for your support for our small family farms and regenerative agriculture. 🙏🏻🥰
