UNBELIEVABLE

Ordered when the vault was open. It said „-20% on orders above 200€“. But I didn‘t get the discount on the items. Therefor I contacted the support as I wanted the 20% as a ‚cashback‘. They told the that it‘s an error on the website and that there is no 20% discount. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT REPRESENT. This shouldn‘t happen to them. Then they wanted to give me a 20€ gift card after wasting my time for 20-25 mins, but with the discount I would‘ve saved much more money. I didn‘t accept it of course. They just copy pasted some answers all the time and in the end they wouldn‘t even let me cancel my order after 30 mins, because the limit is 15 mins, even though they WASTED MY TIME FOR 30 MINS. Absolutely disguistin. Have been ordering from them for the past 5-6 years. Not anymore. Lost a customer which spent thousands only for a 20% discount. And the support didn‘t even seem to care about it.

Absolutely shoddy customer service

Absolutely shoddy customer service. I placed an order on 1st December and it hasn’t been shipped yet, despite still being in stock. I have emailed multiple times and sent messages on WhatsApp and I’ve only had AI responses. Not one person has messaged me back. Not the kind of services you expect for a supposedly high brand. I’m now out of pocket and my son is short a Christmas present. Come on Represent get your act together!!

Awful avoid like the plague absolutely…

Awful avoid like the plague absolutely disgusting service, paid for express delivery took over a week. When it did come the sizing is so off it's laughable. Model is wearing a small and is 76kg I'm 81 and can fit in a xxs and it's still over sized. The main issue is the item was returned over 2 weeks ago for an exchange and I've heard nothing. 4 emails and 4 WhatsApps! Never again I'm about to do a chargeback with the bank if the item isn't received by this weekend which lets be honest it's not likely!

So I placed an order 27th November for a hoodie ment to be delivered 1st December with Royal Mail nothing no update, rang royal mail they think the parcel gone missing, sent emails to represent and on DM with messenger and WhatsApp no reply I just would like my hoodie sent to me as it's a Christmas gift.
Poor level of customer service as no one responds to emails or WhatsApp.

Never received order and they’re ignoring me

Placed an order on 27/11 and it’s gone radio silent ever since! I’ve paid for my order and not received it. No delivery notification. Unable to track my order. Have whatsapped and emailed and haven’t received a response from anyone! I’m now without a Christmas present and I’m £120 down so having to raise a dispute with my bank. Absolutely gutted and extremely stressful.

I already wrote one review but deleted it. They literally sent me the wrong parcel. I did receive my Nero T shirt that cost me 130 pounds and says in the description subtle distressing, mine as 5 holes in the front, its flimsy I think if I put in the washing machine it will probably fall apart!!! Ive 3 T shirts by this company, this thing for 130 pounds is a rip off

I'm STILL waiting on this company…

I'm STILL waiting on this company refunding me!!, they have no compassion at all, they know I have NOT got the order number! The jacket has never been worn, still the tags on it, I have sent in photographic evidence! I'm not giving up, my husband is dead, what part of what can I do with the jacket? GIVE ME MY REFUND ASAP!!

Awful Experience

What a horrendous experience!
I purchased a pair of 247 olive green cargo pants about 6 weeks ago. I only worn them twice but noticed that the elastic on the ankle cuff had snapped. I contacted their support team where I was informed that the best they could offer was a 20% refund (this is against the law by the way as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ). I declined and demanded an exchange. Reluctantly they agreed and provided me with a QR code.
Fast forward to yesterday, I received a message telling me that their warehouse team had indeed taken shipment of the package, however they claimed it to be empty. Why would I want to hold on to a faulty pair of trousers when I was getting an exchange? They were only fifty quid in the sale.
Judging by some of the other reviews on here it seems that I am not the only one. The odds of this happening to more than one person are astronomical, therefore it is either theft or fraud on the part of Represent which is basically a police and trading standards matter. My bank has advised me and I will certainly be taking this matter further regardless of cost.
I'm a music producer and I'm constantly sending or taking delivery of high value items, sometimes in the tens of thousands of pounds and in 25 years I have never sent or received a parcel where the contents are empty, it just doesn't happen unless of course you are Represent as it seems to be routine.
Even though the cost is low at £52.99 I will be taken this further, I'm not a multi millionaire but I'm not short of money either therefore I really don't care what this costs or how time consuming the process will be, I will not rest until I obtain a positive resolve in my favour.
I'll never buy anything from this slimy pathetic immature little company ever again. These guys make Stone Island customer service look like Amazon, and that is saying something.
And, if you're reading this Represent, tomorrow I will be contacting the Police and Trading Standards as well as my solicitor.

Never again

Cons: hugely inconsistent sizing, bad fit, designs, materials & construction of many items mainly outerwear, poor returns process online. = extremely overpriced considering above issues

Source: several orders all orders have 1-2 items disappointed me on the above factors. Wasting several hundreds+ of dollars.

I’ve spent over $4,500 with this…

I’ve spent over $4,500 with this company, and I’m extremely disappointed. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. They have a 15-minute cancellation policy, but despite trying to cancel within that window, they didn’t process it in time. I only received a reply after the 15 minutes had passed, telling me it was too late to cancel.

Worst costumer service ever

I recently ordered two hoodies, but neither of them ever arrived. I contacted Represent, and they told me they would get back to me within 14 days. Now, 30 days later, I still haven’t heard anything. After reaching out to them again, they said the package DID arrive and that there’s nothing they can do for me. They are responsible for a lost package. Worst customer service ever.

I think the quality of their clothing is great, but they’ve lost my respect. I will never order from them again. I strongly – and I mean strongly – advise against this terrible company.

I did three seperate returns as i was…

I did three seperate returns as i was deciding if i wanted to keep some of it still. for all of them it has been over ten working days and there has been no communication about the return being processed or the status of it. i have the rebound emails to prove it is returned to sender. everytime i email to see what is happening i get no response i am so close to disputing with the bank.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I was purchasing a gift but by mistake I ordered the wrong size, I contacted them immediately via the WhatsApp service and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told the don’t do exchanges and I couldn’t cancel my order, I was advised to place another order for the correct size which I did. Few days later I had an email from Royal Mail saying item was out for delivery along with another order from a different company, however, only one item was delivered and it wasn’t their parcel, contacted them again (no phone number) and was told I had to complete a form which will take a few weeks to investigate and the Police could be involved, I said that’s fine I’ve nothing to hide, again I found them really rude, the other order that I placed (the incorrect size) was out for delivery 3 days later (even though I ordered it before the other one) and I refused delivery of that one. I’ve still not had a refund for either items, I will never buy from them again.
