I ordered as the site said delivery Monday to Thursday, and I’m leaving town for an event on Friday.
Well, as soon as I ordered, it said delivery on the following Monday, once I’m out of town and basically meaning I have no use for the shirt.
Information on the website should be accurate.

Order still not arrived. Paid for DPD express delivery (2 working days) for it to arrive in time for my marathon which definitely impacted my time as I had to wear an old Nike top 🙄

Really happy with my order from Represent. I bought a T-shirt and a baseball cap, and both arrived quickly and were exactly as expected. The quality feels premium, the fit is great, and the packaging was nice too. The whole ordering process was smooth and easy. Would definitely order again!

I bought an Apple Watch strap on April 11th 2025 and by May 24th it had broken and is unusable. I bought it for my holiday and it came off and my watch fell to the floor.
I emailed Represent Customer Services on 25th May and ‘fair doo’s’ they replied but offering me a 20%refund and keep as is or return to them for a new on me or full return. Trouble is I’m travelling for a couple of months and it isn’t convenient.
I reminded them of my Consumer Rights under the law and they emailed me with a chat between them and Gemini, the AI app from Google, and a string of emails for other customers talking about refunds from South Africa for a pair of shorts and other. I overlooked this clear breach of GDPR legislation and again explained what I am entitled to under Consumer Rights Legislation.
They replied and graciously offered me a replacement or refund but only when I return from travelling in two months time. Once again, I have been driven to write this review which I didn’t want to do.
This is totally unacceptable and an incorrect way to treat a customer who has spent thousands on their products directly (gold member) or via concessions.
Update 27/05/2026:
I received an email from Trustpilot stating that Represent Clo required “additional information” and that I must click a link to provide it within 3 days or my review may be treated as non‑genuine and removed. However, when the link is opened, there are no questions, no form, and no indication of what information is supposedly required. This creates the impression of a mechanism designed to invalidate legitimate reviews rather than verify them. For clarity, my experience relates to Order No. 9001949049, and my GDPR‑compliant query reference is 652727. Represent Clo can contact me directly using those details, so there is no legitimate barrier to recognising my review.

I received a response from Customer Service addressing my issues. Thank you for resolving this and I’m hoping it will be followed through.

I had an issue with my delivery, once it was highlighted it was dealt with very proffesionally.

Paid extra for my parcel to be next day and DPD had the parcel that night and said there was a delivery issue in my area so it was not being sent out from their depot.
I was flying the day after when they attempted to deliver but it was not due till 5pm so it was wasted. I spoke to their live chat who said they will leave notes to try get it delivered sooner (drove past my house about 6 times didn’t even bother to come then dropped it off at the post office instead which I did not even ask

I loved it all! The website, the quality of the clothing, the attention to detail wrt customer care even after the purchase made…just loved the whole thing! Not bad at all for two lads from Horwich, ( I can say that as I’m from down the road in Whelley , Wigan -now living in the IOM). Can’t help but think you missing an opportunity having a presence in on the IOM over the next 2 weeks at the TT! Especially with your new Belstaff corroboration! Get over here!
