Brilliant product. Love the insulated jacket. Haven’t stopped wearing it since. Whenever I go out whether it’s a run, walking the dog or the gym I have it on. Wore it in heavy rain and was dry underneath. Didn’t know it was waterproof.

I never bought this shirt… instead of sending me the jacket I ordered but was never sent, I get send a t shirt back that I returned. I won’t even bother with customer support since you guys ignore your customers. Represent you guys are disorganized clowns

Update - represent clo is saying I asked for an exchange… that is completely false. please tell me why I would exchange the same shirt for the exact same shirt and size two months later. Make it make sense

Your customer support completely ignored me mid conversation so why would I bother emailing them two months later. I did not receive a 300 dollar jacket and was completely shut out. Other customers have complained about similar situation with your support.

Wanted an exchange on zip hoodie as was a bit small, followed procedure sent jacket back n everything and heard nothing back since November. 200 pound near enough that’s been robbed off me from this company

Quality and service has gone down the drain. Used to love this brand but they’re washed. 247 line is even worse. For example Mission jacket advertised as water repellent but it gets soaked in light rain.

Literally the best jacket ever fits me perfectly absolutely love it never disappoints!

I ordered the jacket a month ago and still haven't received it. Feedback, the shop has not yet resolved

After waiting 12 days, I got the wrong pants instead of my varsity jacket. Emailed customer service with pics, but it's been 5 days with no response despite my follow-ups. Pretty frustrating situation!

All items arrived in damaged packaging and individual bags. A 300 dollar jacket arrived and the zippers fell straight off the jacket as well as the cuff snap buttons. Have been emailing customer service for two weeks straight with zero response. I would give zero stars if possible.

I purchased a jacket but the size is too big so I returned it for exchange to a smaller size. Their returns procedure is easy to use but it doesn’t give you updates and enough information. Their customer service is really bad. They don’t reply to your enquiries at all.

Basically part of the order just arrived yesterday, but inside the box 📦 I found just 2 items of 3. The “Storms Blue Jacket “ missing !!! I want understand why my order was incomplete and how you can fix it .

This review is specific to the garment. Varsity jacket racing green. The regular jacket price is over C$600 and I purchased it on sale for C$329 in my opinion the quality of the jacket is subpar for this price point. The sleeves are made of plastic basically instead of leather, and the wool body is thin and feels cheap. for me an appropriate price point on this jacket for the market will be around C$129 as a regular price. In my opinion, this purchase is not worth it so your money can go so much further with other clothing brands with a better quality products.

There’s no doubt that Represents clothing is great quality and will last a long time and I really like the fit of their clothing and the fact that they have very fast shipping and a lot of the time they can do next day delivery for free which is amazing. However one thing that ruined my experience is their customer service! Iv shopped with them numerous times in the past and I never had any problems what so ever but I had a problem with my last order. I had ordered a pair of jeans and a jacket and if you have shopped with represent before then you know that their prices are not cheap but that’s not what I’m complaining about. What really frustrated me was the fact that the jacket did not fit me the way I liked so therefore I returned it. After a week or so I got the confirmation email saying that they received my parcel to their warehouse and I had to wait up to 14 days for a refund which is no problem as that’s pretty common for all retailers. After waiting 22 days I had not gotten a refund or any emails after the confirmation email. Because they don’t have a phone number I sent a message on their website about the this and after a couple hours I got an email back saying that they indeed received the returned package but when they opened the parcel the jacket had a strong smell of perfume. Now I had not cut any tags, sprayed any perfume or even wear it except to try it on so I had no idea how this could be. After sharing this concern in more detail they said because of this we can not give you a refund or the item back. All I can get is either a partial refund in the form of a gift card which is worth 60% of the item value and I can only use at represent or my other option was to get nothing back. Now this jacket cost me £350 which is not a small amount and the fact that I had actually not worn it or sprayed anything on it really made me angry.
The fact that I got no updates whatsoever was also frustrating because I had no idea what was happening until I had sent them a email. When I wanted to speak to a manager/someone else or make a case they just said we can’t do that. What made me even more mad is the fact that the person on the emails was quit blunt, rude and would give me one sentence answers for multiple questions and they gave me vague answers so I had to send many emails back and forth just to get a simple answer. All in all I can confidently say that after this experience I will not be shopping at represent again which is sad to say as their clothing is actually quit nice as well as their quality. To this day I don’t know what happened with my parcel and why it smelled like perfume! If that’s even true according to them. At this point I’m over it and there’s probably nothing they can do anyways.

If you are looking for a varsity jacket - best quality I have seen

I bought my son one of the represent varsity jackets. It’s such a lovely jacket & he loves it. It’s extremely well made & great quality materials are used. My only disappointment is that within 3 days of receiving the jacket, the price was reduced by another £30 which I would have welcomed.

Honestly, I’m insanely impressed. I ordered some jeans last night at 8pm expecting them to arrive in a few days, but they turned up today at 10am. That is so fast. In comparison I’ve got a jacket on the way from the EU that’s been stuck in transit for 8 days.

I also love represents quality, they’re a really good brand, always looks good always feels good.
