Disappointed by patch
The jacket is beautiful and very well done. However but the amount of money it cost $300 + having a print patch in the chest instead of embroidered patches in general is insane and unacceptable. The quality of the embroidery is excellent but the print patch will eventually go away with time and that it could have been easily solved. Also the App chat team was kind of rude and unapologetic typing like they are doing you a favor and not helping. I am a big Represent fanatic but this print patch situation is definitely sour.

247 Ultra Jacket - Glacier Fade Out
At the beginning, after an order was delivered, Represent used to send an email asking customers to leave reviews for the products. Since this no longer happens, I’m leaving a review here for the 247 Ultra Jacket – Glacier Fade Out.
I’m a bit disappointed with the product quality relative to its price. I own several similar products from different brands and, honestly, from a quality standpoint they are comparable, even though the price difference is 2 times higher. I understand the positioning as a premium brand, but the expectation is that the products themselves should match that level, not just the prices.
This is honest feedback, not hate, and I hope the brand takes it into consideration.
UPDATE (13.02.2026):
I’m revisiting this review and adding one more star. Despite the initial impression, the jacket proves to be a really cool piece that, after a few wears, can easily become one of your favorites. It looks great and feels great in the way it sits on the body.
That being said, Represent’s positioning naturally sets high expectations. Personally, I still feel the expectations-to-price ratio hasn’t been fully met yet — but it’s clearly heading in the right direction and getting quite close.

Ordered a new jacket from Represent and it arrived with a nice and rather large tear in the sleeve. I have no idea how it got through quality control and looks to be like it has been pre owned yet Represent sold it to me.

another absolutely TERRIBLE experience
Another terrible experience ordering from Represent within the space of a couple of weeks.
Thought I’d give them a chance after they suggested I was lying about a top that was missed out of my last bag, then apologised and refunded my order and gave me a gift card.
Bought a coat and they’ve sent me the TOTALLY wrong item which is some kind of jacket?!?

returend agment for exchange, no garment no refund
I returned a Belstaff jacket for an exchange to a smaller size. The process went smoothly until they recieved the returned garment then nothing, no feedback no update. Live chate went dead and there is no direct phone number.
It's now been 20 days since Represent recieved my return and I have had no exchange and no refund

I’m absolutely thrilled with my jacket from Represent!
The quality is noticeable right away, both at first glance and to the touch:
• The fabric feels premium and robust
• All the seams are clean and well finished
• The zipper runs super smoothly
The fit is perfect too – modern, slightly oversized, but still very flattering. The jacket is incredibly easy to style, whether with jeans, cargos or joggers. I constantly get compliments when I wear it!
What I especially like:
• Very comfortable, even when worn all day
• Keeps you nicely warm without making you sweat
• Details like logos, zippers and patches look high-end, not cheap
You can really tell that Represent cares a lot about design and quality. For me, the jacket was worth every euro – I’d buy it again anytime and can highly recommend it.

Bad zipper
The jacket looks good but it’s got the cheapest and worst zipper I’ve ever seen in a product at this price point. It will definitely break quickly.
Attention to detail and generally quality have collapsed in the latest Represent products.
For example they used to use feathers for padding. Not anymore, all synthetic

It really is functional!
To be honest, at first I didn't believe that the clothing was really functional. I just thought it was for exclusivity and that it looked good. But after I went running in their leggings and jacket, I was delighted. They felt great, looked good on me, and the fabric is incredible. I have to say that I don't have a strong odour, but after at least 5 km, my clothes usually smell of sweat. That wasn't the case with their clothes. I loved them.
I've even just placed my third order.
