Ordered a Jacket and a sweater for Black Friday but never got my order. On the website it says my order has been “Fulfilled” and i got an email saying it has been delivered to my house yet nothing came!! Have been trying to get in contact with Represent them selfs via email but no word. All i got was an automated message saying “YOUR ORDER MAY TAKE UP TO 10 DELIVERY DAYS”.

DON’T ORDER PRODUCTS UNTIL THEY GET THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SORTED!!!

Ordered for the first time on Black Friday. Varsity jacket is top quality. Will order again

Ordered a puffer jacket and 3 tshirts, the puffer is missing and no answer from their customer service whatsoever, I've seen many more people on IG tagging them and complaining about the same issue aswell.

Bought a jacket and hoodie during the Black Friday sale. Quality is just amazing, and fantastic prices in the sale. Added to my growing collection!

I’ve ordered 3 items which are 1 t shirt 1 jogger pant and 1 varsity jacket. But there is only 1 t shirt delivery and missing the others 2. Trying to contact them on December 1st and never hear anything back from their yet. I was super excited about my purchased, but really disappointed.

My wife told me about this brand and I bought one jacket and I really liked it.

Absolutely pains me to write this review having shopped with Represent for many years and being part of their Platinum tier on Prestige. However the experience I have received recently I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a few items and came on time (normal great service) however a jacket was missing from one of the packages... I emailed immediately and received an email apologising and confirmation that a new jacket was being dispatched (again mistakes happen and the response was acceptable). It has now been over a week and despite being dispatched by 24hr shipping I am yet to receive the product- no answers to follow up emails- this is the service you expect from Asos or Evri not a Luxery Britsh brand.. I am out of pocket and still don't even have the item. I am still awaiting a response to my numerous emails btw.

10th November Update:

Since writing the review I was contacted directly by the Customer Experience Manager- Jimmy. Jimmy was honest and immediately went about rectifying the situation, going above and beyond. This is the service that Represent was built on and I will be happy to continue to use them in the future. Moving from a 1 star to 5.

Luxury items totally worth the cost.

The jacket I bought is absolutely excellent, looks amazing, feels amazing and fits perfectly.

Product was shipped extremely quickly and with a good courier. Highly recommend.

Ive been using the new rep explore range for the last week now and its next level, especially the jacket. The explore pant is the perfect blend of 247 pant and zip pant, with the stretchy but tough material. You dont get the thought and design that goes into every piece with any other brand! 10/10

Jimmy at represent was amazing, i ordered the track jacket which when came i felt was slightly small, he sent me out the next size up completely free of charge to compare with the smaller size to decide which one i preferred before i returned the item. the epitome of customer service, (rundle is okay as well sometimes)

Very good service, ordered the Sherpa jacket. Amazing quality

Ordered the new racing club varsity jacket twice and they sent me the last season's owners club varsity jacket twice. I reported it to the customer service and they sent me a new one again but it was the last season's owners club varsity jacket. They managed to refund the cost but I still haven't got the new racing club jacket and the customer service haven't replied yet.

Jacket had no inner lining and the finishing was very poor. I have returned the item.

My review is not one star because of Represent. The jacket I ordered for my son was lovely and the quality was great. I paid for next day delivery by DHL. At the same time, my son also placed an order, without next day delivery. His order arrived before my order!! I was upset because it was for his birthday and that is why I paid for the premium service.

I ordered a jacket on April 29th!
Still waiting for shipping confirmation?! have already written 2 mails….
No Answer!

- 3 of 4 orders went bad.
- Bought a jacket which is stated as water proof, but it wasnt. Tried to contact the support, nothing happens
- Important support requests will not be answered
- Sales on the website are not properly programmed
- quality of the clothes could be better
- without saying anything, a sweater was simply not included in an order. After I contacted the support, they also tried to convert the money I paid for the undelivered sweater into a voucher

247 range is excellent material, fit and very practical. Even wore the 247 pants when went into Amazon jungle. Fit was still refreshing with heat. From 247 range this time I got the active shorts, puffer jacket, 247 jacket and more pants. Happy with all.
Accessories - Varsity cap and nylon cross body, great fit on the cap, not D2 quality given the price difference but still good value for money. I thought the nylon cross body bag might have a ‘cheap’ feel to it but it doesn’t.
Winter - waffle jacket: this is an awesome jacket.
Alpha trainers - the fit kind of felt as if there was more space left than usual from other size 9 trainers not sure if would need to go half a size down instead but Quality of the shoe is brilliant and there is a certain smell from the shoe too… a good one! Smells like a high quality product. Even presentation inside of box with the bag makes it more of a high end product. That being said I don’t think I’d buy another alpha shoe. I do really love the represent brand. Fantastic value for money with the quality.

The puffer jacket is a piece of crap. The brand is way overpriced. Quality of material is good but the jacket is like a piece of garbage. It literally collapses on you. It's not a fit for winter or a cold day. Maybe a sunny Monday in May it's ok but as I said it collapses as materials are cheaper out of it. Seems like company is tending to move towards profit then for quality nowadays. I bought 2000 EUR worth of clothes from here 100% of clothes sized down after washing in 30 celsius. There was a piece that I later found out you can not eve wash only cold wash. Are you serious? It's a joke.. Make clothes that people can actually use. I'll return the jacket that I ordered and I'll never look back to this brand. Awesome design, poor execution. You guys should rethink what you do in 22'. Peace

The worst shopping experience this year is the top quality, but I am really disappointed with this shopping. The order for Black Friday has not been sent three emails but there is no substantial progress. The Christmas for my brother has not been received yet. . I wanted to buy a jacket and now I dare not place an order. Speechless

As far the quality I have no doubt they only use best material but the sizing is far from accurate. Bought Sherpa jacket I thought large size will perfect. Arrived, tried it on, its too small. I thought this can't be right. So I measured the jacket and it's almost 5cm short. Went back to the website to get replaced with with larger size but they all sold out.

Update: I will give 5 star once the issue fixed.
