Bought a t-shirt (which is absolutly great) and also a jacket and a cardigan, the quality of theese two items seems to be inferior that's why the 3 star rating.
Expected the cardigan to be a softer material (and a non itchy one) but the real problem was the jacket which i thought was a winter jacket (outer in wool and other materials) but without any padding, making it unusable in winter.

Overall the t shirt and hoodie quality are amazing so if i should reccomend you something buy absolutely some of theese two.

Only had an issue with the puffer jacket it came with two holes..

I wrote 3 Mails to the customer service, nobody answered me, I entered the live chat and waited for 15min for the service to answer me, nobody answered me. I commented a post on there Instagram page, they deleted my comment. They always say the bring the best quality for the best price, that’s a bad joke guys!! A college jacket with fake leather sleeves for 300£ are u kidding me?

Wonderful service. A very smooth simple and easy transaction. Though I receive my order on Christmas, I did feel and try it on. The quality is incredible on the jacket I ordered. They aren't kidding when they say luxury.

Amazing unboxing experience.

As a first time buyer, I was definately caught off guard with how well the strapped boots where packaged. let me
know right away that thought, care and quality had been put into them. As soon as I handled them for the first time immediately took note of the weight, feel and sturdiness of the boot. I am a half size and going with the recommendation of next size down was a perfect fit and comfort. really clean pair of boots.

The cropped fur jacket has a nice loose fit that allows me to add layering without feeling restricted. size large fits nicely.

Looking forward to future purchases.

I was lucky enough to have copped the black puffer jacket for the Black Friday 2020 release. The jacket construction is high quality. Shipping was quick and shipment info was constantly updated to keep me in the loop of my delivery.

The jacket I got from represent is great I’ve been looking at it for a while glad I could get it on sale, because off sale I just don’t feel the price is worth it. I’m not a big fan of snap buttons because the jacket unbuttons so easily wearing a hoodie underneath or making sudden movements it unbuttons. Another thing is the wrist area is so tight that it is also a pain with the snap buttons wish they had a bit more space but overall the jacket is decently warm love the pattern

The quality is very good but there was one little problem with the jacket I bought - the patch on the breast pocket was missing. Moreover the shipping was overwhelming - one of the fastest i have ever experienced.

So my whole wardrobe has become represent now after about a 1.5 years of trying different bits and just eventually falling in love with the pieces during lockdown!

Innovation:
Quality, fit and outfit building options you get are really special.
No other brand are doing military pants like Represent are..
They were the first thing I purchased from them back in 2019 and they're still my favourite pair of trousers for literally all occasions.

Prestige:
The prestige membership is fantastic, its a (free!) loyalty-esque point scheme that rewards you with discounts the more you buy from Represent, I ended up getting a new release and an accessory for like £60 cheaper total than just the release on its own if I wasn't on prestige; its almost too generous how good the discounts can be once you get into the silver rank of prestige, this indicates to me that they really care about the consumer and I'm just so sold on that vibe.

Affordability:
Buying their more aspirational outerwear pieces for a person myself who's only on 2k a month feels so realistic now, theres a "clear pay" option on site that don't even check your credit, just pay for the jacket over 2 months and sorted... I never thought I'd ever be able to afford designer clothes in my early 20s, feels great man, thanks guys.

Moving forward:
I feel like this has been bare waffle but I feel like I owe Represent this love, the clothes are fantastic, the price is amazingly affordable and the customer service is world class.

I would love to see a pop up in Manchester when the climate is less chaotic, trying to figure out your size for items can be annoying due to them only being online, and in End. stores with limited pieces, however they're very active on Instagram and will even recommend sizes for you in the comments if you ask!

Order arrived really quick and the jacket is great!

I ordered and paid for the jacket on July 3, 2020. Today is August 24, 2020 and I still haven't received it. And the track number that was dropped says that the status of the cargo is not known. And this status does not change all this time. I will no longer order and buy things from this company.

Purchased a Flannel Jacket, Quality 10/10 as always, but I expected a more boxy fit, like the Hoodies. But in the end its a nice jacket anyway.
But I‘d love to see some jacket that are more cropped in the future :)

One jeans was dirty and the jacket came without a tag. :(
I hope next time will be better if there is a next time.

My jacket came really the delivery was quick and efficient. This company has amazing customer service.

doing some crazy bits but the fit on size xs is still huge and the fit and size on the jeans lately is messed up plus. I dont undestand how a 28 on a pair of jeans can be sometimes feel small but an xs on a jacket or tshirt fits super big
