I love your clothing and the quality is amazing. Your customer service team was prompt in replying and I appreciated that.
My only complaint is the time-restriction on returns and exchanges. As a Canadian resident it is very expensive to ship items to England, and I was forced to choose ‘Express’ shipping in order to have the jacket that I initially ordered returned to Represent within the 14 day period.
The Express shipping cost me $202 CDN, and I’ve already paid $96 CAD in customs/duty charges. So now my initial order for the jacket of $600 CAD, has cost me $998.
I would ask that you allow a longer return/exchange period for international customer, or offer to aid in the return shipping costs.
I wasn’t even looking for a refund, simply an exchange and now I’ve lost an additional $200 just to get the right size.
It makes me afraid to order directly from Represent in the future, as I now know how costly it can be to exchange an item.
I hope my review is taken into account. Thanks for taking time to here me out.

Awful. Took items out of my cart.... while I was still shopping! Four items in total.
Of the remaining items I did manage to check out, one item was completely wrong. Wasn’t even the jacket I ordered.
When I raised my frustrations I was told to “sod off” by cunstomer support.
I didn’t get a return form to send the wrong item back, even tho I was told I would (I still have the emails as proof)
I’m still waiting for the return form.
This is unacceptable.

After having an eye on Represent for a while, I finally decided to bite the bullet and cop a few pieces during their Black Friday sale. The pieces from their most recent FW 19/20 collection are great, and really set the brand out. The denim jacket and dinner shirt I purchased both have a wider, cropped fit which sit so well, and the material and quality is top notch! The jeans I purchase are also very high quality and fit great after a little wearing in, and the lightweight denim is thick enough to feel like it's got some wear to it while also being comfortable out of the box. I would highly recommend Represent, the clothes are well designed and superb quality, even at retail price.

Very Fast delivery timing. Every item as it should ge but the jacket sleeves are too tight

Ordered a pair of trainers with a jacket and pants, the shoes never turned up and were "pre-order" but it wasn't stated anywhere. Had to email and follow up and wasn't even given an apology, not great service for what I thought of the brand.

Those heavyweight zippers are amazing. Love the quality in general. Girls really like to constantly touch my very soft faux fur jacket.

After my order was successfully paid, the shoes were cancelled and refunded. When I received the goods, things were really wrong.I never order the PUFFER GILET !!!!My order was PUFFER JACKET!!! Can you tell me what happened? I am very dissatisfied with this shopping experience! So what should I do to get what I actually paid for、Please reply to me quickly And There is no return or exchange document in the package you sent me. I know you guys might be busy on Black Friday but this cancellation of purchased goods and delivery of wrong goods should not happen to your loyal customer

the faux fur jacket has little quality issue

I've never received my order as fast as I did this time. Purchased jeans and jacket on thursday-friday night and received them on saturday evening, and I live in Finland.

I have been disappointed with my order this time as both items I ordered were not as described. The jeans were awkward and misshapen at the crotch area and the fly was clearly cut wrong. The denim jacket received appears to be a sample as it had cheap snaps instead of the matt silver buttons with engraved branding shown on the product photos. I hope to get better and more honest quality next time.

I don’t get the Jacket, that i ordered.

I spent £300 on a jacket that arrived faulty, and the most they could do is offer me a refund or replacement if I sent it back. Which I would’ve done anyway because why would I keep a faulty jacket. Not the first product I’ve received faulty either. Products are totally overpriced as the quality is pretty appalling - don’t waste your money.

I ordered the faux fur jacket and some fur came off and created a hole just after wearing it two times. I didn‘t expect such low quality.

I still havent gotten a response yet to my email regarding the defect in my sherpa denim jacket. Other than that the clothing has always been nice!

The product is amazing the design is great！ not a huge fan of dog’s shirt but all other is amazing. Also I think it will be great represent will notify the international tax during payment process. Also the size chat can be more specific, especially for thicker close and jacket, the inner pit to pit length and outside length may vary due to the thickness. Also I think the previous shoulder distance is also very useful.

Highest of qualities, Greta message, pieces will last if taken Care of! I have a jacket from one of their earliest collections and it’s still current and going strong!
