I ordered headphones. In the pictures they looked amazing, but in reality they turned out to be a piece of garbage. The quality is extremely poor, made from cheap materials and badly manufactured.
When I wanted to return the product, they gave me a return address in China. The website is Dutch, so I did not expect that I would have to pay for return shipping to China myself.
I absolutely do not recommend this store to anyone. It’s better to use Temu or AliExpress – at least there you can return products without such issues. The store simply gave me a warehouse address in China and left me to deal with it.
⚠️ Please be careful with websites like this.
Their main goal is not to represent products honestly, but to sell trash.
By the way, the website never mentioned that customers must pay for international returns on their own.
