Eventually gave up on my order. No delivery, no response, wasted my time and money, utterly shocking company to deal with. Beware when thinking of buying from this online store.

Spent $7,000 and have waited over 6 months with no responses to emails, WhatsApp, or texts. They sent me a tracking number that said it was sent to a different state and delivered. Then the number I was texting went inactive and online it still says “shipped”. SCAM

Same experience as others, ordered watch, was delivered “by accident” across the country. That was in Nov it’s Feb. There has been no response to all my inquiries. Website is very convincing so be careful.
I believe any positive reviews here are an inside job.

RepWatchPlug is a scam. I was deceived and defrauded. Despite my embarrassment for allowing myself to be conned, I now divulge my experience as a warning to others so they may avoid the prats and pitfalls of becoming prey to an online predatory undertaking. In short, this diabolical operation only accepted nonrefundable forms of cash or crypto payments (red flag) and sent me an order confirmation email followed by a shipment tracking email (classic misdirect). However, I never received the package with the watch for which I paid in full. The seller allegedly looked into it several times, and I was ultimately left with no watch, no refund, no response, and no recourse. Once RepWatchPlug retained possession of my money, their liaison Tony (Co-Founder RepWatchPlug.com) communicated a few more times to placate me, then disappeared entirely. I urge those reading this to RUN—not walk—away from this illegal and dishonest scheme.

Here’s my holiday gift to anyone seeking a replica watch for whatever purpose it may serve them: Don’t purchase one from RepWatchPlug and Tony unless you want to get swindled out of your money and never receive a tangible item. I placed my order online with RepWatchPlug on October 7, 2024. As of January 1, 2025, I’ve received neither a watch nor a refund after inquiring about this matter on multiple occasions via email, text, the company’s online contact form, and WhatsApp. I allowed more than ample time and exercised the utmost patience to resolve this matter amicably and fairly. Much to my dismay, it seems RepWatchPlug and Tony are running a rather lucrative racket at the expense of others.

big scam, they supposedly ship your watch to another country... tell you that it's a mistake and that they will send it back to you... and no more sign of life... be careful be careful

The first time I tried to order a watch, they gave me a Paypal address to send the money to. I sent money, then they contacted me saying that Paypal had locked their account so I would have to go thru my CC company and do a chargeback. Cap One took care of that no problem.
Second time I tried to order Sept 6, 2024, sent money using their Apple Pay. 5 days later I get a shipping number. After 30 days The tracking number shows "delivered to United Kingdom", great but I live in North Carolina. I have sent many emails showing the delivery address and text messages...none were answered.
Two strikes and RepWatchPlug is OUT!

These guys are thieves. I paid them months ago. I admit, I was stupid for not reading reviews. They took my money fast. No product and now they no longer communicate. Thieves. DO NOT BUY. I have all associated emails to back this up. I’ve even gone as far as writing to the people they submit reviews through. All of the reviews they publish are false. I’ve have the proof of this so called company’s fake email responses and fake tracking info they will send you when you place an order. People need to be aware of these scammers. BEWARE!!!

Disgusting scammers! They shipped my watch to the wrong country "by accident" and ghosted me straight after.
I also reported them to the Federal state Commission. I suggest every person that was scammed by them do the same.

1 month and still not delivered and second order was delivered to the complete other side of the country to a address that doesn’t even resemble mine… it’s just a Chinese scam Save your time and money… you will not receive your order you will not get a refund Your basically giving money away You’ll have far better luck ordering from Turkey or Greece far better quality and you’ll actually receive your order….

Just an update on my last review. 3 months later and still no watch. They unblocked me just to keep ignoring my messages and phone calls. Finally got a reply on Memorial Day and their excuse was that it was a holiday and nothing could be done but still ignored my messages and calls after Memorial Day. What a joke! I contacted my bank but nothing could be done so I’m out $631. This scummy company is definitely a scam so buyers beware. Do NOT shop with this company.

Watch (Audemar PIguet Mossanite) looks great and arrived much quicker than quoted.

Got my email transferred the money got tracking data I had said I was in Ireland and wanted it shipped there apparently my tracking number was shipped to America and it was delivered I never got my product I wrote them plenty of emails and was told someone would look into it and that was it. Never replied to any more of my emails

It’s a scam. I ordered a watch and I paid extra for the box and Express Delivery. After I paid, they took 5 weeks to ship my order citing Chinese New Year. They shared a tracking number, but the package wasn’t picked for another 2 weeks. Finally got the watch 8 weeks later, but it came without a box and despite several attempts to contact them, no answer. The watch is average at best.

These are DHGATE sellers who have created fancy websites.

repwatchplug is a pure scam advised not to shop from them I placed a order 1/29/2024 and they send my product to the wrong city & state now they won’t respond to my email or messages

I received my watch finally, and it is not Moissanite, I sent them a video just like they requested. And now no one answers!!! Be careful!!! They never get back to you!!!

Paid for the watch over 3 weeks ago and still no sign of it. I have tried messaging the Whatsapp number provided but it takes them several days to respond and even when they do respond they just vaguely say "there are delays". I was told 2 weeks ago that it would be shipped that day, it's been 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything else. Do not waste your money on this scam website. Help!!!! I ordered a watch on December 8, 2023 and have not received it yet or have been given a reason for its delay. Email after email, whatspp inquiry all go unanswered. At first things were on track but an incorrect tracking was given to an address that was not mine with no explanation whatsoever. Subsequent queries were completely ignored. Why is this happening? Such a disappointing experience not to mention a waste of money. I am very sad to report this!!! Have I really lost all my money?

I have sent them over 3 dozen emails regarding no delivery of watches and a watch that doesn't work properly. No response in 6 months. E Caveat emptor.

I have bought a total of eight watches from them. Out of the 5 watches that were delivered 3 were excellent. One had a problem with a clasp and another had an issue with the chronograph function. Neither problem was addressed by repwatchplug.com

Ordered 2 months ago. They give me story about shipper sending to wrong address so I wait extra month and they sent me only box no watch. Complete scam. I was warned at Western Union that the recipient of the money has been flagged as a scam but I sent the money anyway. I been trying to contact them to ask what’s going on but no reply. Complete scam don’t trust it

Scam!!! I made my purchase through zelle. Its over 30 days. No answer to my emails or calls. BEWARE!!!!!
