Never received my order, got ghosted by their team

I have placed an urgent matcha chocolate order in november. They shipped it to be received around the 3rd of December.
They have not taken an express carrier despite my worries.
This is an order that cost me around 2K euros.
Today we are January 15. It's been a month that they've been completely ignoring me. Not even trying to help by contacting the shipping company or anything. Just "deal with it".
I feel scammed.
