Complaint regarding two staff members

I am writing this mto complain about two staff members of the clinic,Dwarka sector 12, Ekta and Shalini.

First of all I would like to share that my treatment till now going well, pain has reduced, stiffness and swelling has reduced. Dr. Manisha and Dr. Nidhi has supported me very well. And all the therapist coming to my home for the massage are good.

Now the issues I am facing is specially what happened today was :-
1. I have told my therapist to bring vivazen oil as it was finish with me, she acknowledged my .message. Then today in the morning I have called her again at 10:40 am to remind her to bring my oil, she told me that she has informed in the clinic and today she is not well, some other therapist will bring. I messaged 3rd time to remind the clinic regarding the oil but I got a msg that they have forgotten to send and now they will send it tomorrow. I called them and asked to send today, then Shalini asked me to pay to porter for dropping that oil to my home.
My concern is when it's staff s mistake and I have already paid 3000 for therapy and medicines in advance why would I pay again to them. And when I denied they refused to send it to me. Why the medicine for which I have paid advance has not delivered to me....???

2. Shalini has also lied to me that it's not our policy to send medicines through therapist. But I have personally seen therapist carrying the medicines and oils for patients to their homes.

3. In past also I have seen some kind of behavioral issues from Ekta. On very second day I have requested her to send a particular therapist to my home as her pressure is equal and gentle on my body but they refused. I have complaint about the other therapist 2 to 3 times even to doctor but no action has been taken. They are sending the same therapist to my home till now.

4. I have told Ekta, if she can't send my choice of therapist to my home thn please on my clinic visit I want her. But no action has taken again some other therapist was there, evn after changing my slot.

5. One day I called and requested to send therapist at 5 30 pm but Ekta sent her at 3 50 pm. I had some work that day and was busy. And I have to leave all my work and had to do the massage with her.

6. The same day I have asked her to send me Samriddhi's no. Dr Manisha s no. as Dr Nidhi was not picking my phone, I wanted to ask something about my bowel movement and also to complaint regarding Ekta's behavior but no response from her, she never sent me those nos. not even doctor's no. Initially it has been told to me that I can consult with doctor on call but clinic s staff is not providing doctor's no.

7. Even if you complaint about their behavior thn they are like " arre maam bolo na kya hua" as if they have not done anything.

8. I believe I have not paid in advance for such pathetic, ignorant and negative behavior. I started my treatment with high hopes and positive attitude. But seeing such kind of behavior is putting me under a doubt that was my decision correct.

I had a terrible experience at Research…

I had a terrible experience at Research Ayu Knee Veda Navpada Thane. The management is really poor, and the staff is not attentive at all. I felt ignored and waited far too long for medicines to come also whichever medicines came that two without proper checking with consulting doctor, though doctor is good but she is always over occupied. On top of that, the prices are very expensive, and I could tell they have high overhead costs. Counsellor has only job to get the card swapped with full money in advance after the she almost get vanished never bother whether treatment is going well or we received right medicines nothing. Two times wrong medicines delivered, Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. We already spent 80000 around but still has to do lot of follow ups. Not sure whether we will actual benefits or so.

Big promises. Zero results. That’s what Research Ayu stands for.

Big promises. Zero results. That’s what Research Ayu stands for.

Please do not waste your money with Research Ayu. I personally have not met a single person who claims to have genuinely benefited from their treatment, despite the large number of testimonials and images they circulate online.

Marketing:
This appears to be the only department that functions efficiently. The moment I showed interest, I received multiple calls from different centres, aggressively pushing me to visit. That should have been the first red flag. Once you share your phone number or email, the follow-up is relentless.

My visit:
I went only to understand their claims. As of January 2026, there is no universally accepted, clinically proven method that reliably regrows knee cartilage in a full, functional, long-term manner for most patients. This is well established in leading orthopaedic literature (AJSM, Arthroscopy, Osteoarthritis & Cartilage, KSSTA, Journal of Orthopaedic Research).

The “scientific proof” they cite (SKETS study):
The study used to support “cartilage regeneration” is a retrospective clinic-record review, not a controlled clinical trial. It has no control group, relies only on plain X-ray joint space measurements (which are highly position-dependent), and provides no direct evidence of cartilage regrowth.
Short-term changes are interpreted as regeneration without standardized imaging protocols or independent verification. The analysis treats 170 knees from 93 patients as independent data, which may overstate significance. The authors later disclose affiliation with the treatment provider despite initially stating no conflict.
Conclusion: the paper does not meet the evidentiary threshold required to support advertising claims of cartilage regeneration or disease modification.

Promises vs reality:
After briefly moving my knee, I was initially told I had Grade 2 damage. When I reported no relief later, this suddenly became Grade 4. I was promised I would be pain-free after 20 sessions. The treatment involved “detox” oil massage, “regeneration” oil massage, and a detox diet. When I said I would follow a different diet, I was immediately told no diet was needed. When I said I travel frequently and couldn’t attend regularly, that was also “not a problem.”
Everything was acceptable as long as I started treatment immediately.

Doctors:
This was a major red flag. Almost every week there was a different doctor. Each had a different opinion. When I asked about previous doctors, I was told they had left the organisation.

Pricing:
Initially quoted very high per session. Since I wasnt interested, I said 1/3rd and agreed immediately. Even that felt cery high for what was provided.

Treatment:
The first 10 days were a so-called “detox phase” involving potli massage with castor oil. There is no credible Ayurvedic or biomedical evidence that castor-oil massage removes toxins, cleanses lymph, reverses osteoarthritis, regenerates cartilage, or corrects joint space narrowing.
After 10 days, there was no improvement in pain or mobility. They then started a short “regeneration” oil pouring session. When there was still no change, I had to argue to get even the full duration.

Outcome:
I had X-rays taken before and after treatment. I could see no change, and my pain remained the same. When I showed them this, the narrative changed completely: I was now told that 20 days is not enough and that I would need much longer treatment—a complete reversal of what was promised earlier.

Independent radiographic observation:
A side-by-side review of the two knee radiographs shows no observable interval change in joint space width, bony alignment, or degenerative features. Medial compartment narrowing and overall joint architecture appear materially unchanged. There is no visible radiographic evidence of improvement or regeneration.

PS:
These are my personal experiences and observations, stated truthfully and based on direct interaction and available evidence.
