Booked a flight round trip for $460 when all other airlines showed prices for same flights at $960. Received my reservation confirmation by email, but not the flight tickets. Called customer service, after long waiting time, being transferred agents mid call, and being called back later, was told the best option available for me is now $670 for the different flights and different timings.

They have sent some 3rd party link to make payment. The 3rd party payment link has worst reviews.

Ended up cancelling my trip.

Booked a flight round trip for $226 when all other airlines showed prices for same flights at 400-500$. Received my reservation confirmation by email, but not the flight tickets. Called customer service the following day and after waiting for a long time, being transferred agents mid call, and being called back later, was told the best option available for me is now $340 for the same flight. Checked online and saw they offered the same flight for $292, so I asked why the agent couldn’t get me that flight. He said it takes time to update which seats are available, but when I pressed asking why they offer prices online that they don’t have available right then, he switched and said he’ll see what he can do for me. He got me the same flight for $280, higher than what I had first booked online but lower than what I was seeing online the following day. Still cheaper than other options, but they don’t give you the price you think you’re getting.

One of the worst service from your side and you won't response to customers even if we try to reach out you number of times and all the executives and supervisor are worst people and I didn't get my refund since one month

They show a ridiculously cheap price online, then you reserve, you never get confirmation, then they call you and tell you that that rate is no longer available and they start offering you many higher rates that according to them are on promotion and they start negotiating with you to sell you a flight at double its original value, do not buy on this site it is a waste of time

SCAM! Buyers beware…first these reviews here are FAKE! Second, the site is a scam and the prices advertised are not what they give you. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

It's a scam! Don't book with them. When I booked a flight with them, they then called and said "the website is not updated. we don't have your flight anymore" Except when you refresh 72 hours later, the same flight and price that I booked for is still there. The purpose of this site is to make you think you're booking an affordable flight and purposely pay more when they call you. Look elsewhere!
