We again had a fairly good experience. Mike Smith is a great individual who was very helpful with our needs. We did not have good experiences with Jacob and Roderick, they were elusive and lied to us even when we checked airline websites. We will only work with Mike Smith going forward.

Bait and switch is right. Fare went up 3 times tried to move the dates. Had me going from direct flight to one
with multiple stops.

My, individual, experience went very smooth. It took about 3 days to receive my booking confirmation, (reasonable, in my opinion, for the patient). Alan was pleasant and forthcoming about the process.

The initial purchase on their site is more of a deposit for a ticket reservation, NOT direct payment for airline tickets. The fare displayed is very unlikely to be the price you finally pay (mine was approx. double).

To agree with a 1 star reviewer, their email "confirmation" contains all cc numbers, in full, and other personally identifiable information, entirely legible. It certainly doesn't reflect that they "respect the privacy of your information". This needs to be unacceptable and addressed immediately.

Conclusion:
Decent experience; but I'll probably cut out the middle man next time. (that's worth a least ~$100).
