This company is a big fraud
Hi, a passenger from Pakistan i have booked two tickets from islamabad to Birmingham. Two of the officials in trip.com office namely Mr. Raza and Mr Shan booked ticket for us for 22nd of July. After i send money, both of the officials neither send us tickets nor they are responding my call or text messages and blocked my mobile number.They know each and every loopholes of the Agencies because They have used almost all the provider such kiwi.com, sastaticket.pk etc links to get the money and now they are disappeared. These are using trip.com name and ruining the customers. I am really suffered allot because of these two officials saying that we are from the head office of Trip.com in London. Their Contact numbers are Mr Shan +442039896232 and Mr Raza contacted +442045054261. Now i came back in UK booked my tickets via other Agency. I am requesting to the Company Manager/CEO to please resolve my issue at the earliest otherwise i am gonna sue this Agency as these two officials have not refund my Money they have taken from me these are fraudulent people in the company 😡
