I always book a hotel that has free full breakfast to save money while traveling. I stayed April 10-11. Went to get breakfast and coffee at 7:30 AM on April 11th and the front desk was closing up the breakfast area because there was no food and no coffee. Her reasoning was nobody to take care of it. She certainly had the time to be on her phone though. Very disappointing.

Question about credit card charge
The service seemed fine, but I am surprised to see that my credit card will get charged now rather than it just holding the room as has been the case when I have reserved rooms with other apps or with the hotel directly.
If I do end up cancelling, will the card get reimbursed?

- Room wasn't ready... at 7PM
- Pool area had junk sitting near the pool. Quite uninviting
- Outlet covers were loose and lacked grip
- Toilet malfunctioned (Although repair service was timely.)
- Interior renovation noise was annoying
- Their response to all this? "How about a few extra reward points for a future stay?" Amazing!

Refundable reservation showed up as Non-refundable on my receipt
The booking process was good, as in it was easy to select a room. But I knocked off two stars for the reason that the room I selected said it was a refundable reservation, and then once I'd completed the reservation my receipt showed the reservation was non-refundable. I had paid extra for the option to refund in case I am unable to make the trip, so I was disappointed with that, especially since hotel rates are not cheap these days.

I was looking for a room within my price range.
I was looking for a room within my desired price range but unable to find one. When I called, I was connected with ERICK. The first motel I asked about was above my budget so I was about to hang up when he offered to look for other motels within my desired range. He was able to find one that I eventually booked. I used to work in Total Quality and very much appreciated his customer service and patience. Get more trained like him!
