Candice was quick to respond to my needs. I am in AWE over this program as with past experiences with weight loss endeavors, I struggled far too long. I misunderstood a couple of issues and am now on the right track with them. We have a plan to keep in touch which gives me the sublime feeling of empowerment! Thank you sooo much Candice! The 5/2 or 4/3 diet.

This diet is pretty much the same as the mimic fasting diet by Valter Longo. I bought it because I was curious to see what this miracle diet was. As soon as I read the app I knew it was not for me, so I asked to cancel it. Someone name Ashley email me back telling me that not more charges will be added to my credit card, so I lost $96 bucks, I did not get a refund. If you can eat 500 calories at day two or three times per week you good to go.
