Moss & Co Residential Block Management 

We terminated our contract with Moss & Co in 2021 having received a really poor and unprofessional service spanning a number of years. Under Moss's tenure our block in Wimbledon was poorly maintained and left in a dire state directly attributed to their substandard management. Amongst a number of financial irregularities and wrong doing, Moss depleted our entire reserve funds to commission unnecessary resurfacing works to our driveway with a contractor they knew had no experience, dishonestly charged us a disproportionate amount of money and delivered a substandard job. Our experience with Moss ranges from being blackmailed and threatened to intimidation tactics as well as picking and choosing what to respond to.

We reported MOSS AND CO LTD (that’s their registered name despite plenty of URLs changes) to the Property Ombudsman who clearly recognised their wrongdoing and were highly critical of their practices with us. We are happy to share this report if you wish to see for yourself the evidence of Moss’s conduct. They have recently changed the URL of their website so that they could delete their Google reviews as plenty of them were very negative, not surprisingly. They previously used mossblockmanangement linked to their Google reviews now they use mosslondonlettings as their main website so they could get rid of their bad Google reviews.

Moss recently ignored also our legal letters, thinking that we will just disappear, but we are not.

I recommend anyone in search of a block agent to ask for references and put them through a thorough vetting process.

All smiles till they get your money then they turn on you, start lying through their teeth.

I could not believe how unprofessional this company is. None of their records are updated. They "manage "block of flats everywhere. During corona lockdowns they bern demanding money from people who lost their jobs and some of furlough.... still unemployed.
Do not use them. Be human endamic on planet earth these people will cause you stress and even mental breakdown.
