The traffic monitoring system is broken, I can't understand how the service can count traffic usage if I haven't started doing anything yet! The support is not very helpful either, I am extremely disappointed
The very bad tech/billing support! I recharged 3 dollars for try it, after few hours (5-6 hours) I have noticed about that my balance is 2.95, and this isn't enough for buying minimal plan. I recharge another 2 dollars, third day passes - my balance doesn't changed.
Do not even consider buying! Once you charge your bandwidth a few mins later the bandwidth will show as consumed, WITHOUT EVEN USING IT! I bought it again and monitored the usage meter on their dashboard it seems that it is programmed to increase automatically over a set amount of time. Then shows that you completely consumed it. Avoid!

This is a Fraud site , do not attempt to recharge anything on this site. I tried to recharge $6 and it never showed up on the site yet the payment went through. I'm trying to contact their support team but they won't even respond.
I am trying to contact them from last three days but till now I haven't got any response from them. Support is very bad.
Once I asked them for refund they stopped responding to my message . You cannot reach them either via email or call. Only medium through which they can be reached is telegram and they are not responding even on that.
