The only way to go as Landlord or Tenant

I have been using Residently for over a year now and I can highly recommend them! They take care of my property as if it were their own and they make sure that communication between tenants and landlord is easy and fuss free and above all efficient! Their concept is a fantastic approach to the otherwise inconvenient and rigid way properties get managed and let in London, beneficial to both landlords and prospective tenants! They also have a very friendly and hard working team who deal with issues as soon as they arise - no chasing needed!

Best experience moving home so far

Everything was so easy to do with Residently. We could add all of our documentation online and it really removed the grind of the traditional high street agent. We love our new home and the team were very helpful in accommodating our requests. No rip off charges either, refreshing to be able to move without any fees or hidden charges. Thanks!

Amazing service and product!

Amazing service and product!
The visits of the flats can be booked online and can happen pretty much anytime (same day, even on evenings and week ends), the letting process is super smooth and fast (we just needed to upload docs online and provide references).
Residently are super flexible too (the properties can be furnished or unfurnished) and not only offer a range of services like cleaning and laundry, but the bills setting is seemless, internet is there and all
the utilities are in place when we move!
On top of it, they allow subletting during holidays for up to 3 weeks, which is a fantastic avant guard feature.

So I can’t recommend them enough, we’re signing our tenancy agreement this week and I was so impressed all along that I thought they deserved the best possible review!

If only all agencies could do the same, it would make the letting market more liquid and process more transparent and a lot easier.

We loved our stay with Residently

We loved our stay with Residently, the apartment was right in the center of Shoreditch but quiet at the same time.
We would definitely reccommend a stay there!

The only thing was the equippment of the kitchen, some dish towels and a sponge would have been nice.
