I booked Resview Ltd to survey a new house i am buying in Dorset - i am based in London so not familiar with the area or the types of properties. - Mike did a fantastic job especially proactively callling me afterwards and spending a long time explaining the findings - he has a lot of local knowledge so can make sense of the findings and has brilliant local connections with tradesman which is really hepful - this is how good service should be - the larger companies can learn a lot from Resview Ltd - thank you for making this process easy for me !

We booked ResiView for a Homebuyers survey on a house we intend to buy in Lilliput, Poole based on a recommendation from the Estate Agent. Mike Frith conducted the survey, which was very thorough, and included a list of practical recommendations for repairs and checks which we will carry out. Overall, we are very pleased with the service Mike provided and would have no hesitation in recommending Mike to other people looking for a surveyor.

I recently used Mike for a survey on a property and the communication and level of professionalism was outstanding.
Unfortunately, we did not proceed with the house sale but I will definitely be returning to Mike when another property comes our way.

Mike at ResiView provided me with an excellent end to end professional service in carrying out a level 2 home buyers survey. He communicated well with me at all stages including initial engagement, discussing pre survey concerns, providing an immediate post survey update as well as answers to follow-up questions I had from my survey report. The report itself was well presented and easy to read whilst providing meticulous detail. Overall a thoroughly professional piece of work as would be expected from a RICS registered Surveyor.

Good communications from initial phone call through to receiving the written report. Mike went through what was - and was not - covered by the survey before taking instructions and called the day the survey was undertaken with preliminary results - so no surprises in the written report. In the last couple of months I've had two home surveys carried out by ResiView Limited.
I found ResiView Limited to be both competent and professional, and a pleasure to do business with, from the initial enquiry to receipt of the home survey report.
Good communications, including a call to align on any specifics in advance of the home survey, a call on completion of the survey to report key findings, and a call on receipt of the survey report to answer any questions which may have arisen on reading the report.
The report presentation is professional, easy to understand, and includes condition ratings of any findings with supporting pictures.
I would happily recommend ResiView Limited to family, friends, and anyone else requiring a home survey.
