Can not get image to resize for facebook profile. it will lower resolution or crop, no resizing of images.

This is the best free resizing app out there, plus it can create watermarks and do bulk resizing and everything for free I would literally give this application 100 stars if I could it’s been a lifesaver in my digital download business!!!!!
