WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Really disappointed with this brand. Their communication is terrible, I emailed them over a week ago about the quality of the jacket I received and haven’t heard a single reply. The jacket itself is extremely poor quality: paper-thin, no heating whatsoever, and barely any velcro to secure the wrists properly. For the price, this is unacceptable. The lack of customer service makes it even worse. Honestly, I’ll probably have to share a TikTok review with my followers about this experience because the quality and service are both shockingly bad.

Our jacket has a nylon lining, but was not advertised as being insulated with any type of padding - it is a shell designed for layering and weather protection. We understand if your expectations didn’t match the product you received.

We’ve had a really positive response to this jacket so far and haven’t received feedback like this, so we appreciate you sharing your thoughts. It helps us understand how different customers experience our pieces. If the jacket doesn’t suit your needs, we’d be more than happy to assist with a return or exchange.
I have just followed up with customer service who advised they received your email on Thursday morning and responded today (Monday). We are a small business and don’t have a team working over the weekend, so we apologise for the delay in communication. - that’s not the experience we want our customers to have.
