The earbuds arrived quickly and initially seemed reasonable value for money.
However, issues soon appeared. The charging box seems to have a mind of it's own - resets the earbuds so you have retain the AI to manage Noise Cancelling, changes the user language, I assume to manufacturers language, Chinese.
The touch controls on the earbuds are much too sensitive so if you adjust earbud while in ear it can pause audio, or indeed disable the device somehow.
The final issue though is the left earbud stopped working after about 5 months. I cannot get it to work. I have contacted Resonix Audio three times - twice via the Contact Us feature on their website, and once via email to Resonix Audio.com (from the digital receipt). They refuse to communicate.
Do not buy from this company.

I ordered these earbuds about 6 months ago. They are reasonably good, though the battery doesnt last as long as my cheap £20 pair. The quality is good.

Now i am having trouble with them, they are not charging anymore, i have tried over and over again to get in contact with Resonix, but they have failed to respond so far. They even say on the website that they will respond within 24 hours. I cant find a phone number for them anywhere. This is extremely frustrating and a poor reflection on the company.

I purchased Resonix pro series earbuds, customer service was efficient and the product was superb. I am a music lover and hearing my fave songs with Resonix earbuds is just excellent. Clear sounds with base and just at a fraction in price compared to other brands, truly worth your money.
