Thanks again to Helen for arranging a hidden gem of a two centre holiday for us to the Istrian Riviera in Croatia. We would never have thought of visiting here but will definitely be returning. Even managed a day trip to Venice which was fantastic. Croatia is stunning and although we had a couple of rainy days it didnt dampen our spirits. Thanks again Helen, your help is worth its weight in gold! Here's to the next trip!

We have just spent 4 weeks in Vietnam. Jolo was excellent in her recommendations on where to stay, places to visit and even people to meet. Each accomodation in all of the different places we stayed in were comfortable, clean, welcoming and in good locations. Thank you Jo Lomas for helping us to experience the wonders of Vietnam. I booked a holiday with JoLo at the Concord Antalya for later this year Jo spent a long time sourcing the right kind of room for my requirements and she also looked at Istanbul. She was very thorough and provided photos of the type of room I requested. She was extemely thoughtful and helpful.

We booked our family holiday to Gran Canaria through Nicky from Resort experts and cannot fault the amazing service at all.
From the minute I first made contact with Nicky nothing was too much trouble, she listened to what we wanted to get out of our holiday and recommended the areas and hotels that would be best suited. After booking we ran into a problem with the dates due to my husband's work changing their leave policy - Nicky handled changing everything for us and saved us so much stress, honestly so grateful for her expert help!
Our holiday was perfect from start to finish and will definitely use resort experts again!

I booked a city break with Jo Lo and was so impressed with the service received. She provided great options for hotels, at different prices. Was able to advise recommended areas of the city to stay in near different attractions. She also provided ideas on activities to do whilst there, and places to eat/drink. The booking and payment process was seemless. Knowing Jo is available for any questions has been great. I'd definitely use Jo again

I booked for the second time with Helen so far this year. This time to Mallorca with two other members of my family. Two of us had never been to the island before, so we didn't know really what resort was best, other than knowing we wanted to be near Palma for a visit.

As always, Helen was prompt with some holiday options and prices. She found a great deal for us with Jet2 on half board, with a sea view apartment at the TRH Jardin Del Mar in Santa Ponsa with return flights from my local airport.

We only had four nights, but it was a great little stay. The hotel was large, with plenty of room in the spacious saloon areas, which I hope still see great things in high season! The food was plentiful, there was a good choice and we enjoyed it a lot. The room was exactly what we needed and the balcony overlooking the bay was a gem.

The room itself might benefit from some new furnishings and a more accommodating kitchen area, but with comfortable beds (including the sofa bed), a good sized bathroom and air conditioning as well, it really did serve us well.

I hadn't been away in 20 years or so, have a extremely busy schedule and needed some help with the booking, thankfully Helen was amazing and took care of everything for us, meaning we didn't have to worry about anything .. she will definitely be my go to agent for all my future holidays. thank you so much.

I can't recommend Geoff Gartland enough! He goes above and beyond for his clients. He worked so hard to find us the perfect hotel for our trip to Benidorm for Fiesta week. He found us the perfect hotel, in the perfect location, booked us the perfect dates and flight times! He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and even checked us all in online! We had no problems while we were there but i'm sure if we did, Geoff would have been there to help. He is based in Benidorm and we managed to meet up with him to say hello. I can honestly say, he is one in a million and isn't just friendly when taking your booking. He really is a thoroughly genuine gent! He even came to the hotel on our last evening to say Adios :) If you are looking to book a holiday (not just in Benidorm) Geoff is the man to contact.

Well what can we say about Geoff Gartland @ resort experts . Is simply the best , from even before we booked our holiday he had so much knowledge. Geoff helped us pick the best hotel for our family with a wheelchair user . We picked our hotel & Geoff himself went into the hotel to speak about the adapted room . Geoff got the adapted room confirmed & also made sure the two rooms we needed was next to one another . Geoff sorted our adapted transfer out as well he did everything . This was the most smoothest holiday we have ever had . Geoff also met us on arrival at our hotel he checked in to make sure we was happy and everything was perfect . Geoff is a genuine kind guy who is eager to make sure you have the best holiday ever . He definitely goes that extra mile you . It’s team Geoff every time for this family .✈️🎉😎

Sam Lupson organised an amazing holiday in Majorca for 5 friends. We had some important requirements and our dates were pretty inflexible. With the restrictions we put in Sam, he found us the perfect villa, in a perfect location. Sam listened to us and found us exactly what we wanted. He answered our questions in no time and even when we managed to lock our passeports in the safe, he had someone out in no time to sort it.

We all had an amazing time and would 100% recommend resort experts to anyone.

Geoff has been amazing for booking our holiday to Magic RobinHood in Benidorm. I had only started looking for a holiday about 2 weeks ago (to go in August) and couldn’t find what I wanted at a decent price. We needed accommodation that wasn’t a hotel room because of my 2 kids not liking how the other one breathes 😂 so this was essential. Anywhere/anyone else I asked all came to a dead in and that this wasn’t an option unless it was mad prices with 2 hotel rooms. But Geoff tried and tired until he got us not only a 2 bedroom lodge in MagicRobim Hood but also a jacuzzi on the decking and a Balinese sun bed which I’ll be deffo sleeping on!
He was upto all hours of the night helping with everything I could of possibly needed and answered instantly. I was having trouble with credit card payment, on and off the phone with the bank and I started to think I wasn’t going to be able to go.
But Geoff assured me that we will be there!
There aren’t many travel agents who will be bothered to go back and fourth as much as he did to get it sorted. If I had of booked anywhere else then I wouldn’t be going on this holiday. We even got a private transfer from the airport to hotel which means we won’t be stuck on a bus forever while everyone gets on and off at their hotels. As I am someone who has had brain damage and gets confused easily with a lot of information, Geoff is exactly what I needed to make sure everything went the way I wanted it. Other agents spoke with me after, that I had previously been in touch with and said I could have matched that price (they didn’t get that price before so I don’t think they could have), but the fact that Geoff was so invested in us getting what WE NEEDED and that when we are on holiday he will be there to help and we won’t be left clueless if anything was to go wrong was a massive plus.
We literally have our personal agent to sort out everything so that we can relax with the kids and not have any anxieties over anything!
Look forward to get a pint with Geoff next month and I one MILLION PERCENT recommend Geoff for booking your holiday. It has been the easiest process ever! 😊

Wonderful Geoff Gartland resort expertie was surpassed during my time in Benidorm!
Firstly, his assistance after breaking my foot was second to none!
As a solo traveller I was stuck & without his guidance & help I wouldn't have managed.
Secondly, I also suffered a mini stroke and ended up in a Spanish hospital bed for 17 days!!
Geoff took it upon himself to contact my insurance company and take that worry away from me.
He also visited me in hospital and brought in my lifesaver as an inpatient....Fanta Lemon!!
A genuine man who is eager to make sure you have a fantastic holiday whatever eventuality may happen on your trip!!

Geoff organised a boat trip for a stag do, was so helpful and quick at responding, trip was great, would definitely recommend

I can not recommend Geoff enough I’m a single lady traveling with my children and after messaging Geoff from a video I saw he has talked me through everything from start to finish.
He recommended hotels that would suit my needs and my children he also gave me list of places I could visit with my daughter child friendly.
The booking was very easy and safe and I’m so over the moon with the service I received from Geoff.
The biggest bonus for me is the fact he told me any problems while there he is in Benidorm himself which is amazing.
