Abrupt cancellation; no resolution
On March 1, I had a confirmed reservation for April 7 through April 15 in a condo. On April 5, I was informed that the reservation had been cancelled. I was offered four nights in alternate lodging and either replacement of the other four nights or a refund. On April 11, the day that the lodging expired, no resolution had been offered. Because I needed lodging for four more nights, I went to Best Western. I contacted RRP, but was denied reimbursement for what I spent at Best Western. Further contact has been unfruitful.
