I am delighted to have an opportunity to give you feedback. I am very disappointed with this bed. Within a few months it was obvious that the robustness of the topper was poor. I turned the mattress from side to side as instructed every two weeks. I continued to do that for 9 months hoping that the top would recover. I am not a heavy person, 63 kilograms, but the indent of my body is obvious on both sides. I am a restless sleeper and I find the underlying mattress very hard. Your literature says expect some reduction in the topper over time but the mattress looks like it’s 20 years old ! I expected a lot better product for over €1000 I paid for it

Ordered my bed through des Kelly’s and got delivered on time and the lads even put it up to the room and set it up which was great ,, and took away the old one so happy days

From the 1st phone call to Stephen Mc Laughlin in sales. Nothing was to much for him. In getting price to advice on what beds to buy. Been dealing with him from 2016 to now with new beds in all our hotel bedrooms. And even in my house. Our returning customers keep telling us how well they have slept. And how good the beds are. Respa Grandeur mattress (Des Kelly). Having had a bad initial experience (see previous review), the mattress was eventually replaced. Am completely satisfied with the replacement mattress- it's identical to the one I tried out in Des Kelly, Coolock, last year. Comfortable, enough support, relieves pressure from "bony" bits. Getting a full night's sleep at last and waking without pain. Was something really wrong with the original mattress and had hassle getting it replaced but happy in the end. 😴😁

great team to work with, order placed , quickly and accurately, delivery came in on time, and the quality of the product, excellent as always. Staff are so helpful and kind , know and do the job to perfection.

They are not good after a couple of years and customer care with a complaint is crap

Very comfortable and get a good night sleep would buy it again.

I don’t have the mattress a year yet and the memory foam is dented, I paid €849 for the mattress which was the when it was in a sale!!! I had my previous memory foam mattress over 15 years and the dent is smaller less than the one I have now.

Comfy bed and ok for a year, but it already took the body shape in 1.5 years of use

Great mattress!

Bought a mattress a while ago and had an issue with it. Samantha in Respa Beds got issue resolved really quick with no hassle. Would highly recommend purchasing a mattress from this company.
