Courier could do better
Item arrived but even though I work from home and there's someone here all the time it was delivered to a neighbour and no card. Not particularly respirator shop's fault but they can feedback to their courier of choice.

Delivery of the order was actually attempted and was delivered within 24hrs of your order being placed. It appears that no one was home to accept delivery so the order was delivered to your neighbour. A card should have been put through your door to alert you to this fact.
The email address on the order also appears to be incorrect which will be why you have not received any emails.
Phone to check items are really in stock
You advertised the items as in stock for delivery.
Sadly it turned out you didn't have stock.
You said that the actual supplier had an issue you were unaware of at the time and the items were delayed for weeks. We had to buy an additional spraying helmet from another supplier in order to keep working whilst waiting for delivery of the order we placed with you.

As per the email that was sent regarding this particular product, the manufacturer had recently changed their manufacturing software system. Issues with this heavily impacted both manufacturing and delivery as they were unable to manufacture. The product went from being available to immediately unavailable. Their issue has now been addressed and their deliveries are moving back to normality. This product is normally shipped within 1-2 days.

Small holes in filter wrappings
Delivered correct order promptly. However, there were some small holes in the wrappings that my face mask filters were contained in. This matters because they are has mask filters with carbon that absorbs the surrounding air.
