**Buyer beware** If you make the mistake of choosing a subscription like I did, they intentionally bill you without notice of an upcoming order so you can't cancel it if you've changed your mind, then they refuse a refund. The product is ok but ridiculously expensive. They lost me as a customer.

SCAM!!! Do not purchase from this company, they will make it seem like you’re only buying one months supply but you are signing up for a subscription without knowing. Money is taken again before you even realise you’re subscribed.
The Respire is so comfort to use
The Respire is so comfort to use. It doesnt leave any sticky adhesive on your face the following morning and it doesnt peel off during the night. Its made a difference to my sleep and not waking up with a dry throat. Highly recommend it !!

Sly business subscription model
Update 28/11/2205: After quoting consumer law in my response to customer service, they have agreed to refund me in full. I have changed my review from 1 star to 2 as they have refunded me, however this was after quoting consumer law to them which isn't ideal.
Original review 28/11/2025:
The business is sly with how it displays the subscription nature of this product.
The ongoing nature of the subscription is not clearly or sufficiently disclosed on their product page, their checkout flow nor in any of the email comms that follow and therefore fails to meet UK consumer law.
Their wording to explain the subscription is not sufficiently prominent to constitute informed consent and therefore I have made a complaint. I am awaiting a reply and refund. If no reply or refund, I'll be making a formal complaint to trading Standards and the Competition and Markets Authority (which actively investigates misleading subscription practices).
There is also no pre-warning that the next order is about to be processed and that you're about to be stung another ~£40 for the next unwanted order.
The product:
The product is decent, comfy, sticks well, breathable and works well, however I still have many left so don't need such a large supply.
I have requested a refund and offered to return the latest delivery as I haven't used the product much.
Feedback to team: make it clear on your site, in the checkout and in the post-sale email comms that this will be a repeating subscription every X months at a cost of Y. Also send a warning/check-in email ahead of the next delivery, the little things go along way, especially after how many negative reviews you are getting due to the subscription aspect.

First, wasn’t able to change the langage setting and English isn’t my first langage. Second, almost impossible to get a refund. I Didn’t like the product, felt like I was suffocating. When I reached the customer service, got a quick respond telling me they couldn’t help me and sending me all their policies to show me it was pretty much my mistake and my problem. Difficult to cancel subscription- 9 months of product that doesn't work for us
Tried this product for a few months, a fair go. It didn’t work for me or for my partner. Trying to cancel the subscription has been altogether very difficult. Already cancelled, then 3 months later a further alert of product being shipped. Was unable to stop the shipment (again) with customer service experiencing high volume of communications. Charged for another 3 months, now 9 months of product I have no use for.

I didn’t receive any advance notice that a subscription was due, but instead you emailed me on 13.11.2025 stating that products were about to be shipped. I cancelled within three hours of your first email and you acknowledged this by email. Now you're claiming that the shipment was shipped ‘automatically’, despite the email advising me of this only being sent the following day on 14.11.2025.
Not only that but your returns policy seems to be at odds with your statement on FAQ’s:

you have emailed us at xx with the subject line ‘Respire Return’, including your full name and order number, within 30 days of delivery of the products;

you have sent the product back to us to the return address we provide to you.
Subject to your compliance with clause 7(a), we will cover the costs of delivery for the return.
Not great customer service, others should be aware of your behaviour.

Restful sleep
I’ve used the mouth tape and nose strips every night for the past few months and have noticed a big improvement in sleep quality. Much more restful and not waking with dry mouth needing to drink water. Easy to use and subscription means I don’t forget to order.

Disappointing
Unfortunately, these strips just struggle to stick. But that’s not the worst, having tried these against normal ones you can find, they are considerably over priced in comparison to ones that stick well. Delivery time is also hit and miss with my second batch (accidentally caught in a subscription that’s purposely hard to exit) taking close to 3 weeks to arrive. All in all I won’t be following instagram sponsored links anymore. Poor overpriced product with great advertising.
Anxious about trying, but highly impressed.
Initially I was a little anxious about taping my mouth at night. But I decided to push through and give it a try. I’ve been doing this for over 6 months now. I’ve seen improvement in my breathing overnight. I have sleep apnea, and this has decreased my episodes. I’ve also seen improvements in my oral hygiene since I’m not open-mouth breathing all night. I have more quality sleep as well.

Beware from this brand, I bought one month supply to test it. Without my consent they started charging me for a monthly subscription without my consent. I have contacted them 4 times and no one has responded to it. I had to ask my bank to intervene.

Deceptive Subscription Practices
I'm extremely disappointed with Respire's business practices. I was automatically enrolled in a 3-month subscription and charged without any clear warning or consent

Purchased over 2 weeks ago and still not received my item. After several messages to support they keep telling me that it’s in transit to Royal Mail. Certainly will not be buying from here again, really poor to non-existent customer service.
Why Respire is my Choice in the Market of Taping for Health
Interestingly I didn’t find Respire first nor last in my journey of taping, but I’ve actually come to a very informed personal conclusion Respire is who I will stay with. From my experience of how both my lips and skin reacted after other brands, how comfortable the fabric feels including the general shape resulting in the ability to actually wake up having not taken them off during the night out of frustration are the two winning factors for me. I believe the research they say they put into finding a safe glue and a quality fabric is just right for me personally, resulting in continued use and no downsides the others presented within days of use and they were certainly brands of note and comparable if not dearer price point even ! Some may consider the difference to be a softer version than competitor’s, I’d say a safer more comfortable version that habits can be created around for the better is the result and the balance is just right.
Getting better sleep
These are easy to use on and off. I am allergic to many adhesives. So far, one month in and I am not having any reactions. I was worried it would leave a residue on my mouth and it does not. Most importantly, I am not snoring and I am sleeping better. I tested this out on a girls weekend- no snoring complaints! My sleep app confirms I am not snoring any more and I wake up less.
