Thanks to Russel for all his help and assistance and patience. A fair bit to get through in regards to paper work but if you're patient and work through it one step at a time You'll get there. Russell was more than helpful in regards to answering questions and guiding me through the work. He was able to get me the best suitable deal to accommodate my current financial situation. As I was buying privately I found Russels negotiations between myself, the seller and the lender easy to understand and very smooth
