Generally disappointed
UPDATE: I'm compelled to add to my review (and edit a few typos) based on the company reply below.
In re-reviewing my child's sleep data from this time period (to ensure that my experience was as I have reported in this review, which it is), I can see that the app experience has changed substantially, so my assessment there is no longer relevant.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was generally very disappointed with my experience. Prior to signing up, I reached out specifically about if my issue (frequent and loud, but short lived night wakings) was too "small" and was assured that was not the case. After my first conversation with my coach, she basically summarized our situation as "not that bad compared to other babies" and primarily offered advice and guidance that I had heard or read before. I also wished for a bit more interaction with my coach, but our time zone difference and the fact that our conversation was primarily in the app, made that difficult.
Which brings me to another disappointment: the app was TERRIBLE. It was buggy, didn't allow for notifications from messages, was hard to use, and buried anything actually useful.
I thought this service, because it was from a bigger company, would be more helpful, but I wish I had paid for a social media based, influencer-style sleep consultant instead.
