I haven't tried the whisky yet but I don't doubt it will be gorgeous. A familiar problem with delivering to our house is the fact it is a new build and the postcode is unknown to google maps and many delivery companies. However, the support and communication from Toby at Restless Spirits to resolve the delivery challenge was fantastic, if only all customer service was like that!

I have had a really positive experience with Restless Spirits. I have purchased whisky and attended an online tasting. They went the extra mile to help with my purchases, helping to apply a discount and combine orders to save on postage. They know their bourbon and the tasting was enjoyable, informative and superb value (it also included one very hard to find bourbon).

Great company and very helpful.they are always happy to help and always nice to speek to people who are knowledgeable and care about what they are doing.

Great customer services and epitomise what a small, independent retailer should be. Proactively got in touch to help me with a bourbon I was after but also listened to my views on the bourbon market and offered help sourcing. Would recommend 100%

I purchased some whisky from Restless Spirits for my dads birthday. I don’t really know much about whisky and found Toby’s advice really helpful. He advised on what to buy that worked for my price range and would be a good choice based on the other brands I know my dad drinks. Delivery was super speedy, he really liked the bottle and I know he is not going to find it in a supermarket. I’ll definitely be back for more :-)

Excellent personal service from this small company. The range of American whiskey and bourbon available is impressive and the prices are as keen. Certainly the first place I look for a bourbon or rye.

I attended an online American Whiskey tasting event organised by Toby @ Restless Spirits and can honestly say that I really enjoyed the evening.....and the Whiskey that was on offer. All drinks were delivered prior to the event and were well packed and received in good time. On the morning of the delivery I received a posted letter from Toby containing some cocktail recipes and a personal thank you for supporting his small business. I have always tended to be a supermarket shopper for my Whiskey but will most definitely be making a beeline to Restless Spirits in the future as the personal touch makes the buying experience such a pleasure. Well done to Toby for providing such a great experience.
