An ageing vinyl bear's glowing tribute
Excellent quality t-shirt with a fantastic design for an ageing vinyl enthusiast like me. It's so nice, bright and cute that I'm leaving it to wear in the summertime. Fits like a glove and I recommended the site to my sister for her partner and she was impressed. Very prompt delivery too!

Exemplary customer service!
I initially came here to complain about the aggressive "review us! review us!" messages but when the business saw the review and realized something must have gone wrong if my order hadn't come in yet, they immediately e-mailed to offer me a full refund. The refund went through the next day. Truly exemplary customer service, the kind most of us have gotten so used to NOT getting that we resort to furious reviews like my first one. I'm so impressed that I've flipped this review from a 1 to a 5.

Reply from Restless Wears
Hi Gillian, Apologies about this not arriving with you, I have taken a look at the order details and it was shipped along with an email confirmation on the 20th Feb the day after your order was placed. There is no option for faster shipping to Canada as it cant be shipped any quicker than 5-6 working days. I can see standard shipping was selected instead of tracked. Regardless these items should be with you already so we need to raise a case to chase this up. We haven't had an email about the delay so the review request was sent from Trustpilot assuming this had arrived. I will reach out to you now via email and we can either refund you or send a replacement via tracked mail. I will be in touch today
Thanks
Danny
