Avoid at all cost/Cheap Chinese Imports

I ordered from a UK based company or so I thought. Upon placing an order I was told delivery would be in 1-3 days, it took over 2 weeks to arrive as came from China and was clearly a cheap product & not what was ordered.
Their website states all orders come with a prepaid return label and all orders can be returned within 30 days for any reason. This is a lie.
No return label and RestoraLUX say that I can either accept a 30% refund or pay to return the order to China.
I have disputed the order with my credit card provider.

The website states that they are uk…

The website states that they are uk based, deliveries will take 5 to 7 working days and that they offer free 30 day easy returns. This is all lies.
The order I made was shipped from China and took over 2 weeks there was no return label and now they are refusing to give me a refund.
