Restorian Property Damage Restoration Reviews

Restorian is an IICRC-certified property damage restoration company based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. We handle water damage, flood cleanup, sewage backup, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, storm damage, and the reconstruction work that follows. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, every day, because water damage does not wait for business hours and the difference between a call at 11pm and a call the next morning is often the difference between drying a wall and replacing it. What a call with us looks like: we ask what happened, when it started, and whether the water is still coming in. We tell you what to do before we arrive, which is usually shutting off a valve and moving what you can off the floor. Then we come out, measure what is actually wet with moisture meters rather than guessing from what looks wet, and tell you plainly what has to come out and what can be dried in place. You get the scope before the work starts, not after. We work directly with insurance carriers and document jobs in Xactimate, the estimating platform most carriers use, so the paperwork side moves without you chasing it. We will also tell you honestly when something is not worth a claim. We serve all 21 New Jersey counties, New York's Rockland, Orange and Westchester counties plus all five boroughs, and Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield counties in Connecticut — more than 950 cities and towns across the three states.
