This was a very complex repair.
This was a very complex repair and took delving deep into my computer. The technician was very patient with me and he did a great job. Anthony and Mark. I was glad to have them on the case. I was totally baffled. They saved me. I had a very good experience.

Completely worthless product
Completely worthless product, pulled it off my computer and cancelled last year,and fraudulently billed again this year. The charge has been disputed with Discover and will be blocked in the future. Do Not trust this company

Actually I finally spotted the problem
Actually I finally spotted the problem. A diagram came up showing how the printer cable was plugged to the computer. I had that cable going to monitor and not to the computer. I mentioned it more than once, but at first it didn't register with either of the techs. In the begining they should of ask where the cord was plugged in and we would of had it fixed a couple hours earlier. I know it's a language thing of understanding what's being said.
Both tech's were very hard working and very polite. Language will always have it's communication problems.

Advertised to fix WindowsLive Mail even confirmed it. Download FIX for $44.25 for annual sub. then got a better price of $23.00 offered me which was not honored. Fix blew up all my icon, never worked and the said my Windows upgrade was not compatible for Live Mail. Then when asked why I got a message No More analysis and did not even honor the annual subscription. Asked 3 times for a refund to my Visa and still ignored. Crap Business to deal with using ZENDESK as a go between for pricing, and then say everything is referred back to Restoro. Loss of money for a service NOT provided. Another off shore USA scam.

Junk! After I used this software it completely removed all my MS Office programs. Who knows what else it may have messed with? I tried to get the Restoro program to uninstall and restore my computer back to it's original state. Even that failed - all I got was an error code and the message to contact customer service. I did that. No response. Don't waste your money on this product.

I have been using Restoro for a year
I have been using Restoro for a year. I am not really sure, if this kind of software really works. If you trust it, I would say...go for it.
Thanks to Restoro, I got rid of the initial problem. After a year, they charged me for a new subscription another 50 euro. I did not see a way to cancel it, but Restoro immediately responded to my complain, and they have given me a refund. Kudos for such a quick reaction and behaviour.
Thank you Restoro, I will be happy to use any other possible software from your developers.
