The entire process was fast and efficient. However, I felt it was too fast, they did not explain properly what they were doing and made me feel slightly uncomfortable. But the staff are very nice, I would just recommend for first time laser removal to be a little more slow, explaining what to do.

Eating at the reception is not…
A lady called to follow up on the below comment. I am happy that someone is taking action to improve the customer experience so, changing from 2 stars to 4 stars.
Eating at the reception is not professional. There was no chair in the room to put my pants and cloths on.
The receipt paper roll was empty and I had to wait for more than 10mins for them to get paper roll. The manager treat the staff badly.
Treatment itself is ok but the customer experience is bad.
