I spoke with Isael Espinal because I had received a charge on my card much higher than I was expecting to pay. He was very kind and helpful. He took his time answering my questions in a professional manner and told me about tools I didn’t even know were apart of my purchase like job search while changing the price to the original one I thought I would be paying. He genuinely wanted to help and for me to find a job. He is a great representative working there, extremely patient and out-going. He remained calm through the whole situation and walked me through each and every step that would happen next. I hope this gentleman gets a raise, he truly deserves it.

Definitely was useful but a little too pricey. I spent too much money (no one’s fault but my own) because I forgot to cancel my membership. Quite honestly I don’t need to make a resume everyday every month, but its certainly an exceptional tool when needed.

Would give less stars if I could. They have a sneaky subscription sign up that charges you money over 4 weeks. It’s an intentional money grab. I wouldn’t use them. I paid 25 bucks out of nowhere that’s how I knew. If I didn’t have PayPal notifications on, I would have just kept paying.
