Very few ATS-friendly resumes
This entire site is meant to let you create resumes. The only choices are create from scratch or upload from linkedin. Really? So, if someone doesn't have a linkedin profile then you're stuck making a resume from scratch, not trying to upload an existing resume to see if you can improve it.
Their date picker is archaic. You have to click every year back and forth and THEN click the month or else you lose the date you picked.
The formats of resumes they use are wasteful and "pretty" and will be absolutely rejected by any ATS and cause you to not EVER get an interview.
This is supposed to make resume creation easier, it's harder at every turn and comes out with a resume that took 3x as long to create and makes one that any ATS will reject.
